I have calves cramps every time I over train. I like running but if I don’t let myself rest for one day it is very difficult to move. If you do legs training or running, rest the next day, this will make your calves feel lighter.

Get a Slingshot compression cuff... I had the same issue and this dude at my gym told me about them. I tried it and it has helped while doing pretty much every upper body lift (anytime your elbow bends). They are tight as hell so I have to slip it down to my wrist between sets. It should take a good amount pressure off your elbow until it heals itself. Don't use it as a crutch for too long, just till the pain subsides. The pain that I was having was in the lateral part of my elbow not necessarily the joint. You may look like a dbag wearing it... But at least you can still train.

You're old enough for a little lateral epicondylitis bro. Sorry. I have had it. Doc shot cortisone right into the elbow over a year ago and it is still going strong. Yeah, I know, cortisone can do this that and the other thing but my tendons didn't deteriorate and I push a lot of weight. Maybe it's all the GH that saved me from the ravages of cortisone? LMAO Who knows? Who cares?

I think you know already what the final solution is....

true grit's picture

Ummm..... amputate?

zeb0312's picture

Lmfao I bet that is his answer. lol

true grit's picture

He's kind of a funny guy when he wants to be.

zeb0312's picture

Yea they need to cut loose sometimes to bro. They mengle with us and shoot the shit sometimes. Bye seems pale wants to amputate a lot lately.

true grit's picture

There's some pretty stupid shit in here sometimes though. I'm not so sure the answer isn't to just amputate.

zeb0312's picture

Yea I wonder sometimes myself. Just amputate the post.

Off with their heads!

zeb0312's picture

I thought that was the meaning. lol

Tennis elbow is definitely the most common ailment when it comes to pain in that area. If it's on the inside of the elbow (side towards body), that is usually golfer's elbow. Put an ice pack on it and tape it, especially if your still using it a lot. And i always recommend the bfst for any soft tissue injury. It's healed me and a lot of people i know...for just about anything. http://kingbrand.com/Tennis-Elbow.php?REF=46PV9.211

That's a big cycle for your 3rd one. Might have something to do with your estrogen to. My estrogen does that shit to me far as joints hurting if it's high or very low.

You use heavy weights could be your work or you use motion in that a that area a lot.

Example my friggin shoulders hurt due to years and years of construction work so I work around that area.

Could be several different things that has caused this old injuries or anything. Try to think back and go from there could be angle you put on joints.

tone210's picture

its called tennis elbow. happens when you overextend your elbow. take it easy try to lift lighter weights. i have same issue gets better after i get a deep tissue massage or when i get acupuncutre.me being an idoit i go back to heavy lifting and pain comes back.

gymaddick's picture

are you doing heavy squats, squaters elbow, most power lifters suffer from this at some time...

Makwa's picture

Stay away from heavy weights. My joints and body are thanking me so much now.

That is one hell of a third cycle. Why so much so soon?

Elbows are getting old. I am 38 and have similar issues. My advice is 2-4 20 rep sets before going to your heavier sets. Also I ice both elbows for 20 min post-workout to keep inflammation down.

Need more info about the problems you are having. The current cycle and supps have nothing to do with the pain you are experiencing. Throw us a bone here guy, can't try to help if you don't even explain what's wrong.

tattooguy13's picture

well the pain feels like its in joint of my elbow. i can start to do curls and will start to hurt as i extend the curl down and sometimes during the day when i move a certian way its nothing really bad just a slight pain.. and at night when i sleep my calfs will cramp on me and wake me up..

waterhead235's picture

If the pain goes away once the deca kicks in then you know it's from the joints, but if not might be tendonitis. Time to start changing your training to work around the pain. If it hurts don't do it. Calf cramps for me are usually from dehydration.

Seems none of that stuff you asked matters bro, he just wants to get swole bro help him out would you smh. Some people don't get it and this place is a world of knowledge if you know how to ask and talk to people and mostly act as if they have some sense and respect. Maybe they will learn one day.

Like you said we never know who is behind that key board.

You sure you're 5' 4''. You must have grown a couple inches.

One of my most favorite body builders of all time.

zeusmarada's picture

That's a shit ton of chemicals for a cycle, @tattooguy13. I'm not judging you with that statement. I simply hope to be a voice to you to perhaps consider a simpler approach. "Less is more" is true. You might be better off doing a simple 500mg test cyp cycle, but of course without info about past cycles (both successes and failures) then we can't offer concise advice to help.

Rustyhooker asks this question above from everyone for a very good reason.

What if the advice he gives you is so you'll simply harden out but put on no size? Or perhaps his advice will have your bench go way, way up, but you've added two inches of body fat to your belly while eating big to get big, yet your goal was never strength to begin with and you just wanted to "look better" (which ALWAYS comes down to getting leaner)? There are plenty of different goals (size, strength, endurance, leanness, sport specific mobility, etc) that require different approaches to your training, diet and supplementation.

I'm not picking on you. On the contrary, I'm rooting for you. Thank you for being candid with your numbers in this response to Rustyhooker. Other young men reading your posts can learn from you if you're honest with both your wins and your losses. I hope that the peeps here at eroids can help you, and I hope you can offer your own positive encouragement to those who may need your own advice in the future. Good luck, brother. Cheers! -ZeusM

I agree I like to keep my cycles plain and simple, then possibly add a little more here and there after I see how I respond to the other compounds.

If I have a bad reaction I like to know which compound caused it. You throw a bunch of different things in and have a bad reaction kind of hard to figure out what caused it. Once you get familiar with a lot of different compounds then you can tweak them.
