MakaveliCD7Here's my thoughts on the med and science....the info isn't very clear about the times the doses were administered during those 7 days but i would gather that in that 24 hour period of each day those rats slept...we all know that melatonin is naturally produced in the body and mainly a surge before we go to bed, saying the person has a normal circadian rhythm....melatonin in such doses induces deep sleep in whichin turn activates our pituitary gland which in turns releases HGH and other hormone factors (FSH and LH) that stimulate production of test and estrogen...bear with me bc I'm tryn to keep it simple LOL...so I definitely can see where this can aid in the prevention of atrophy bc remember torsion doesn't always mean circulation is completely shut off but very compromised which the veinous blood pooling leads to necrosis along with the circulation being compromised bc there is not enough oxygenation for tissue life, but if there is enough precursors to stimulate the testicle to produce then yes atrophy can be reduced a good bit but not stopped completely bc of lack of blood supply....remember when ur body is in deep sleep the tissues regenerate bc of the increased IGF-1 levels related to the HGH release and other hormone factors circulating
I had testicular torsion back in the nineties bro through heavy squatting... fkn aweful operation that left me with 64 stitches from my asshole to my right hip bone.... don't recommend that shit to no man it hurt so bad I thought I was dying brother.
MakaveliCD7Hats off to u Vike bc I seen it but with the grace of God I haven't had the personal experience.....just what I saw was atrocious so i can only imagine the full experience u had....glad to hear u recovered and back in action
yeah it was bad news bro.. they stitched all the pipes and veins we have down there into channels in my groin so there is no chance they can twist up ever again cutting off the blood supply to my leg and nuts, probably did some nerve work too... took 6mths to get right but been fantastic since the operation (1991).. nasty scar though its near 2 foot long may put a picture of the top half, its clear to see when I have a tan its a different colour and about 1cm wide.
DAYum!!!
MakaveliCD7Sounds like u recovered well ...save the scars and discoloration....that's a great success story bc I've heard others that have had recurring issues from their injury and surgical repair
Hmmm.. Interesting
I guess it wouldn't hurt to take it throughout our cycles..? I'm not entirely sure how reliable the research could be, every person is different. There would have to be a lot more tests like this to make this exclusive. Again, wouldn't hurt to try though.
