DUMB MUSCLEHEAD......YEA YOU!!!!!!!

I had to post this i just had to. I am a college educated well read person. Books are truly a passion of mine and i am constantly amazed at some of the well thought-out articulated posts i find here. And im ashamed that it amazes me. I am like most people we think "duh im big n strong duh" when we think of weight lifters and body builders. But i can honestly say i will not make that association again. Sorry for ever being so narrow minded. And glad to be able to learn from all members and not just aas stuff, but also about life. thank you all for having me

Oh brother... i need to show you some update pics, took a few yesterday in the gym with a full pump on... FACKIN HELL!!!..... bro shes looking like cut glass.. fibrous striations everywhere, viens dancing under the skin and i mean hundreds of tiny little vessels are all on show..... never had her this torn up before, had to drop the letro down to EOD it was making her dizzy... so big props to you man that shit is STRONG!!!!........ your drol starts next next mon for the forced carb loading so i dont know what to expect next shes going to look like a fkn cyborg this time lol

Back in the 90's...a health craze took off. The bbuilders/power guys realized quickly that bbuilding isn't a permanent psycheck.. Most of the guys in magazines i looked up to earned high degrees in health, science, and nutrition. Dr Franco Columbo is one for example. But if you dig into the magazine big boys.....college educated in or around this sport. Except Arnold. His degrees got him into business...

I used to read all his books when i was younger especially the ones when arnold and him would train together. I always thought franco was bigger then arnold but arnie was taller.
