Don't donate blood while on gear lol

Well the thing is atleast where I go they only want like 3 blood types to donate red blood cells, they want complete blood from the rest of us. Idk if I could demand they do reds or double reds, I'm not sure I haven't tried I just do the complete blood every 8 weeks or so. But donating blood will still help lower your rbc and shit. Obviosuly donating double reds will be better but, just donating complete blood will definitely still be beneficial for you.
