Does timing matter when pulling bloods after Test injection for test levels?

Searched and couldn't get a definitive answer: when getting blood work and looking to get Test levels should I wait any # of days after Test Cyp or Enth injections? I am on and trt and would like to make sure I time the bloods right if it has any impact. Cyp/Enth have longer half lives so I wouldn't think so but would like to confirm?
Getting bloods pulled this week at some point and want to time it right if it matters. Only on Test & Proviron and nolvadex currently.

It does matter. You'll want to be taking only what is being prescribed to you. If you have been on cycle make sure you let enough time pass to allow the other compounds to leave your system.
If you are truly on TRT, your doc has you inject once or twice a week. Pick the longest time between injections. For example if you inject once a week on Friday you'll want to get your blood work done as early as possible in the morning (between 8 and 8:30 a.m.) the following Friday before your injection -when your levels are at its lowest.
If you inject twice a week, say Monday and Thursday (a 3/4 split) get your blood drawn in the early morning on the last day of your 4 day split before your injection.
The goal is to have your lowest level well within normal range.
Good - thank you - yes its Dr prescribed trt. I am now using some ugl test and wanted to check if mg per mg its comparable to what i get from the dr/legit US pharm labs. Its once a week injections so i will get them drawn immediately before the next shot.
It absolutely does. Different compounds have different half lives and "peak" at different times. For example I would expect my peak levels on 100mg of prop to be within the 24-36hr range. If I shot 100mg of cyp I would know about 8 days after injection where my number should be. If you're on trt (pharma script) I would have a set day after a shot to pull bloods. If you are self administering trt with an ugl I would look to draw bloods at the peak or half life to make sure I'm injecting what's on the label. You definitely have a few variables when you get your blood drawn

The only info I have to go on is that my TRT regimen set by my md is 200 mg Test C every 2 weeks with a blood test after six weeks. Blood is to be drawn 1 week after injection, which is halfway between injections.
Since I never follow his dosing schedule of ea two weeks unless he is requiring a blood draw to renew my Rx, I get my blood drawn the day before my injection.
It definitely matters how you time it, but I just try to always time it the same way to have consistent results to compare.

Timing definitely does matter. I am on TRT as well. The first time I had bloods drawn were do allergies and the doc said I had low T. She said bloods were drawn at 2 pm and test levels are lower then. She hade come back the next day for new bloods at 8am. I believe at 2pm my levels were 135 and at 8am they were 215. Still extremely low but a difference in levels. Go in earlier the better. Also it takes a month for you levels to taper out. So wait a full month after first TRT injection to get bloods
