Does anyone have experience with General Delivery?

Yesterday I asked if there was a way for my local post office to hold a shipment of AAS without a P.O. box or delivering to my residence (privacy reasons).
I did some research and learned about a General Delivery address, which allows mail to be delivered to a specific post office and can be picked up in-person.
Has anyone ever used General Delivery with USPS and had success getting their gear?

Dude, you're not ready for AAS. You need another 40-50 lbs on you. If you're worried about mom and pop finding out, you shouldn't be doing this.
I want to change my life, and I don't think it's possible without AAS. I took the advice you gave me yesterday, and have started eating much more. I'm ready to begin a cycle. I know you think I don't weigh enough, but that's my choice and I'm willing to accept the consequences...

Some of you guys really don't have a clue these days.
I sent you a FR. Send me a PM and let's talk this out. You're not 25, and AAS are not going to change your life for the better. They certainly can make your life much worse, trust me when I say that. I'm willing to help get you on the right path if you're truly honest with me, but it does not involve AAS usage until you're absolutely ready. This is a long haul, it's not going to be a quicker fixer upper.
