Just started my first cycle of test e. I pinned a few minutes ago on my outer quads with a 25g x 1.5 mid way through i remembered i didn't aspirate. I stuck the needle all the way i probably took up to a 1min releasing it. No pip for it being my first time or does the pip come after a few hours. Whats the best time to inject early morning?

I am 6'2 and weighed 215 when I ran my first cycle and did all of my pins in the quad with a 23 g 1.5". I had pip like a mofo about 18 hrs after my first pin but that was because I hit mid way up my thigh and in the center.
Pip will take at least 12-18 hrs to come on (usually) but test-e is generally pretty smooth if it is brewed right. If you aim Hugh and to the outside of your quad the pip shouldn't be nearly as bad, but at your weight you could probably get away with a 1" pin as cdyrdes said below.
If you are anything like me, you chose your quad for your first pin because it is in front of you and easy to aim, observe yourself and pay extra caution while you learn to jab yourself as opposed to being turned around, trying to look at yourself in a mirror to hit a glute shot.
I don't see anything wrong with starting with the quads, just again aim high and outside and consider using a 1" pin. Good call on using a 25 g though, the smaller the pin the less scar tissue you will be dealing with later.

Edit: 6 foot and 175 lbs with a 1 1/2" pin to the quad? You didn't hit bone did you? I'd keep an eye on the knee for any fluid build up from the oil seeping down.
No pip, no bone, and no fluid build up to the knee.
At 175lbs I would not use a 1.5" pin to inject with. You could possibly go to deep. I am 245 and I only use a 1inch. Be careful.
i went deep... it was with a BD needle. I wasnt trying to it just happened while i was pushing the plunger.

No best time to inject ... just pin long ester at the same days as always and try to do it at the same time of the day if you want to go full safety..
If pip comes , then for me like the day after..
If you're pinning test e twice per week (or any long ester) you should not pin at the same time of the day. You want 3.5 days between pins so you would pin on Monday morning and again Thursday evening.
