Cycles During Times Like This

ad

So, somewhat new to the gear world and seeking some advice and pointers on what to do. In the end we all end up doing what we want. But I’m really seeking opinions and advice from others.

I have access to a bowflex machine and have been able to do full push and pull workouts, and for legs really just working with things around the house to get a decent lift in. I’ve talked to my buddy about what I should do, but what are your thoughts and opinions. Do I continue my dosing at the same or do I tone it down till the gyms open back up?

Thanks for feedback in advance.

I respect that I really do. By that last line what I’m meaning is that i may take someone else’s advice over another. But that doesn’t intel that everyone’s advice and opinions isn’t essential. Because for someone like me who hasn’t been around gear for a long time, knowledge and multiple perspectives are crucial.

I'd always keep them in the garage. You can train your whole body with those dumbbells.
200 lbs is a respectful weight.
The money runs out, the iron always stays there. lol

the iron always stays there... until it ends up on Craigslist because the money ran out.

For the guys that have a home setup as good or better than a commercial gym they can keep blasting away.

My home setup is shit, bands and body weight, so for a guy like me it makes more sense to drop doses and just take this as a forced recovery period. Work on mobility, connective tissue repair, a little cardio and pump work.

I dont even train atm.. recovery giving my body a rest from those countless meals, stressand tention on mu body, once gyms open again, ill come back even stronger after this rest

I was never able to get the same type of workout from a home gym, there just isn't enough variety. Also you dont know how long this will last, I'm just going to pct early and wait it out. If nothing else make sure you have everything you need for pct on hand, it's way better to just be safe!

For me man its FFDP - The Devil's own then straight into a Deadlift PR LMAO - FFDP are awesome to train to also .... All of Howards stuff in Killswitch kicks ass too :-)

Definitely not the same no!! But yeah, if that’s the route I end up doing and ending early imma be glad I listened to my buddy and got it early and didn’t wait!

It's funny isn't it - there are plenty of people willing to spend thousands of dollars on cycles and HGH, but have no interest at all in buying a good old barbell and some 45's so they can continue to train & lift at home.
