4 cuts is a protein powder I assume?

Your diet consists of protein powder and more protein powder. About a third of your protein intake comes from food. Stop with all the shakes being the backbone of your protein and eat.

I would cut the protein in half. 200g are easily enough. If you are not upping carbs and fats you will feel very deprived and shitty very soon

Protein does not need to be that high. Your fats are to low so take some of those protein calories and put them into good fats. I would probably up the carbs a bit also. I think you are a little low on cals also. You might be sacrificing a good bit of muscle with cals that low. I think you are going to hit a plateau pretty quick restricting carbs and cals that low right away. Suggest cuttling out the carbs for breakfast and sticking with a high protein and higher fat breakfast instead. This will keep your body burning fat for fuel instead of switching over to carbs for fuel since you will stay in a carb (glucose) depleted state longer.
