Covid finally got me…..

ad

Honestly not feeling too rough. I thought I had test flu for a moment but then symptoms ramped up so I went to the Doc. He confirmed covid. I’ve been taking vit c, zinc and my cycle support vitamins in addition.

Just wondering should I take this time to rest my body or is it ok to keep lifting? I have a home set thankfully. Just curious is any of my fellow brothers had covid and what they did to make it through the boredom.

Thanks for reading!

Use NAC bro! It’s a great antioxidants and helps with respiratory issues. I had covid and it helped clear my lungs out! But it does not work instantly.. it takes about 7 days to start seeing the effects

But to answer your question! Rest! Let the body rest

Fee better soon. I can only tell you how I do things and you need to decide for yourself. Your body has great feedback mechanisms. Pain and fatigue. If you feel pain then stop. If you feel fatigue either slow down or take a break. Always worked for me when sick or post surgery.

Yeah it's tough to work out when winded. I usually work through colds and minor stuff but stomach bugs slow me down and had the flu twice and the thought of working out didn't even cross my mind for about 4 days. Like I said, your body is usually pretty accurate in telling you what you can and can't do.

Hope you get well soon bro as for training if you feel ok then all good but if you feel run down weak then best to rest & recover.

You should stay in self isolation until your doc says it's ok...
