Considering AAS or test

ad

Been doing research on AAS and more specifically TEST. I am 34 and have felt a bit sluggish recently, memory is a bit worse that it use to be, sex drive is just a bit slower, and my physique looks not as defined. It seems like I have to work harder and I am not seeing the definition I would like. I went to have my TEST checked and the numbers were 755 with 134 free. These numbers are within the normal range for TEST. I can't help thinking that I wouldn't mind being around 1000 for TEST which I believe (without proof) would decrease the symptoms and increase my definition. In this scenario I would go on cruse with TEST. My concern is being on TEST forever and pinning forever. Besides cruising on TEST I am wondering if there might be another option that would help with the bit of pudge I have around the mid section and increase my chest definition. So I guess this question is two part:

  1. Given my TEST numbers would anyone recommend going on cruise or blast to achieve the results I am looking for?

  2. As I am new to AAS, would there be any other recommendation to achieve the results I am looking for?

Finally, I am concerned about sides and do not want to go balls deep into any AAS just want something to give me a boost.

Thanks for the replies. The comments posted are pretty much inline with what I was thinking. I am slowly increasing cardio so hopefully will see some results in the next few months and I will have to do some more research on diet plans.

Thanks everyone!

There's nothing wrong whatsoever with your test levels, in fact they're on the high side for your age. TRT is not the way to go.

I agree with whats being said below something else to consider is thyriod did doc have your levels checked when he did test? Just a thought.

Diet is 100% the factor here for looks anyway. Partially sex drive. I have felt so much better since I got a better diet going less lethargic and wanting to have sex with my fiancé 24/7. Regardless I am on test right now but for the first 8 weeks my drive was a lil better then when my diet got in check it skyrocketed.

You should not go trt route at all. Stress aline covers most of your concerns. For your age your numbers happen to be excessively high.

Yeah I would give both testicles for numbers like that. These testicles anyways lol.

Thats 25yo levels. Back when natty growth was a snap. Lol! Libido can be effected by many factors. Like said below...food is a key. Stress....etc

UncleYoked's picture

Yeah definitely not a hormonal issue here. Any number of external factors most likely.

I'm a TRT guy and it's honestly a bit of a pain. I don't mind pinning all tbe time, but all the blood work and doctors appts are a pain in the ass. My natural test levels are less than half of yours, which are totally fine. You can definitely run a cycle of test but that doesn't mean you have to be TRT from here on. A sensible cycle with proper pct and you should easily recover and be fine. If its vitality and vigor you're searching for, do some research on hgh. Substantially fewer negatives than aas but with numerous beneficial properties.

Unfortunately aas will always shut you down, the term cruise refers to total replacement therapy, a blast will come with sides and require a shut down of your natural test which will require pct. So in short, for a litle boost, no, aas will not help. Revise your diet, revise your cardio. Do more research.

Try changing your diet ! There are many men in the same boat as you ! Test is always not the answer. Be more active and change your diet this should help. Continue to learn than take the dive. Sorry If this isn't the answer you were looking for but it's the truth. No one on here want's to steer you the wrong way.
