+ 1 Clen for endurance running?

ad

I ran Helios not too long ago (first time using clen) and one thing I noticed was that it really seemed to help with my cardio. I am assuming because it is a bronchodilator and I was getting more oxygen in my lungs. I am going to be in a race in a few months and wondering if I should plan my two weeks on during this race to help with my endurance? I couldn't find much info on clen for endurance running...so would those benefits I felt be good for a 12 mile run as well? Is there any negative that I cannot think of?

It's how I love my women...dark hair, pale and covered in ink!

Clen and MMA? what do you guys think about that?

I think that if your going to fight and your thinking of ways to cheat the system in your mind you have lost. You have told yourself I am not good enough unless I use something therefore you will be very lucky to win. I do not think you would get a advatage out of clen and if you did it would be very little. You could take to much and it make you feel like shit. I think the big thing MMA fighters are using now is VIAGRA

You got me all wrong, I do not pin to compete I pin for my own health. As far as mentality you are way off brother. I grew up fighting and was actually pitted like a dog to fight when I was a kid. It became a thing of joy and not competition for me. as far as I am concerned i could give 2 fucks if i ever lost a fight I would just add it to the other hundreds of losses. I was asking cause I train and wouldnt want it to affect my training not to use it to help me. I wouldnt give a shit how much a guy pinned he can only fight as good as he can fight. So with that said, thanks for your opinion but its misplaced when it comes to me cause dont do this to get an edge I actually just dont want anything that will hinder me.

I wouldn't do it. I run and notice my heart rate jumps to 185bmp ... That's way too high, a marathon you may have a heart attack

I closely monitored my heart rate while on the Helios and never see any huge spikes...even with high intensity cardio in the gym, it never got above 155. I will try the Helios will smaller runs around town and work my way up on the distances to see if anything changes. Thanks for your input as well brother!

In the gym I kick ass with my cardio. But outside, personally I don't feel I have the same endurance when running on clen. I regularly run 5k. When running on clen my breathing starts to feel more labored (easier but much deeper breathes) and my energy starts to drop near the end. After the 5k I call it quits. When I'm not on clen I often will continue on for 10k.

I can't imagine running nearly a 1/2 marathon on clen.

Thanks for the insight, Greg. I might test out the clen on a smaller run outside to see if anything changes. Thanks again for sharing!

I'm pretty sure that clen would help bro!! And that is exactely why Olympic runners etc have been known to use it... Although the ones I heard of getting busted with it were shorter distances, I am positive it would help though bro Smile

Well if that's the only problem you see...I'm good! Haha

Really though, when I ran the Helios last time at 40mcg, I closely monitored my blood pressure and it never creeped above 135 resting.
