i just realised recently that my shoulders back and arms have been sore often.
like the pains you are describing, id always be thinking to myself what did i lift wrong or what stair or what ever have i strained my neck or back.
turns out its from sex, i changed my position slightly angle wise and i grab the matress with arms over her shoulders and use the matress for better force.
turns out thats what it was mate.
alot of pain and was the last thing i thought was causing it.
almost felt as if my buceps were being torn, my neck would be stiff and tweeked and my delts and whole upper back would be dull aching.
even my abs would feel sort of pulled or streched.
just be mindful on technique used although its not easy remembering in the heat of time.

Sore shaft, friction burn & carpet burn are usually the only pain I experienced after a weekend of constant fun. For everything else, go see a doctor nigga!

A restless body and pain, sounds more like your describing opiate withdrawal.

Never felt nothing other worn out and sleepy after sex. Unless I'd talked her into anal then I used to feel guilty afterwards lol.

This is something that should be discussed wit ha Doc. In the interim make sure you get better, and get enough sleep.

Sometimes I get that pain because of my third leg. Sometimes I limp too.

Pretty sure you’re the only one dude. My abs were sore once cuz I was in a weird position for too long... but that’s about it.

I’d get that checked out by a doctor.
