Blood Test Results Feedback

ad

I've been out of the gym for a while now with life and been "cruising" since then on a weekly maintenance dose. I haven't been on cycle in a little over two years. I had some blood work done and I'm in the process of researching it but I wanted to reach out to some of the more experienced guys on here for some feedback.

I've been out of the loop with blood work and haven't been in the working out mindset for a while. I've finally gotten back in the gym for a few months getting my body acclimated and thinking about another cycle in the near future but noticed I was having impotence issues which triggered my blood work and to get a baseline for future

32 yo Male
6'4"- 225 lbs

The only things that weren't with the "normal" range are what is listed below....

Creating Serum - 1.36 - Range: .76-1.27 mg/dl
AST(SGOT) - 44 - Range 0-44 IU/L

Testosterone Serum - >1500
LH - 1.1 - Range: 1.7 - 8.6 - mIU/mL
FSH - 2.1 - Range: 1.5 - 12.4 - mIU/mL

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!

I appreciate all of the judgement and honest opinions but I'm looking for advice. I've been going to the gym on and off but nothing notable, 2 years is a guess cause life has been so busy. I'm not going to deny I've used poor judgement and didn't realize my test levels would be so high since I would using something other than a prescription strength from the doctor. You an talk all the sh*t you want, I'm not here for a bunch of shit I'm here for advice and I do greatly appreciate the honesty.

The blood work posted on my profile is from last year. I'm trying to decide where I need to go from here. If I should turn to an endocrinologist or what

My bf is around 12-13%

@emac83, I appreciate your willingness to listen. It's obvious you're frustrated and need help/advice. I'm only speaking from my own experience, so take this for what it is: the view of an outsider, looking at you, wondering if I were in your shoes what the hell I'd do, knowing what I know now.

  1. Quit pinning any testosterone.
  2. Get a blood test in a week to see where you're at.
  3. Get on a standard PCT.
  4. Dial in your diet & rest, cuz you'll need all these things going for you as you "detox" from a long ass cycle.

Going forward in the future, like a year out:

  1. Get back into the gym with some actual consistency. You don't need to be crazy if you're not a physique competitor or athlete. However, don't let this be an excuse for laziness. You're a man, not a child. You're in control. Embrace the iron. Four days a week, one hour workouts, and you can build a kick ass, strong body. The key is CONSISTENCY. Gotta be consistent. Week in, week out, get your fucking ass to the gym.
  2. Figure out what goal(s) you'd like to achieve.
  3. Research the eating strategies, lifting protocol, and lastly, what AAS may or may not help you achieve that goal.

I've got plenty of four day a week programs if you wanna take a look which I'm happy to e-mail you. PM me and I'll try to help.

Lastly, dude, don't be discouraged. You're frustrated, it's obvious. We've all made mistakes. The good part about a site like this is, we are here to share successes and failures alike.

"Success comes from experience. Experience comes from failures."

That's not my line, and I'm too lazy to google who said it first, but it's true. This chapter of your life has been a hell of a learning experience. You've learned that testosterone doesn't magically make you swol, or feel super great, etc. It's just a medicine that can be utilized properly to heal ONCE THE WORK HAS BEEN DONE! You'll get through this, and you'll be a better man for it, mentally and physically. Again, feel free to PM me if you'd like to chat. -ZeusM

At this point the best thing he could do is see an endocronologist and try to fix it. Going straight to PCT may just fck him up more. Research TUCA, milk thistle, LV2, and other posts hopefully you may be able to repair some of the damage b4 seeing the doc.

This is also great advice! +1. (Doctors & endos don't always know the best, but it's good to have them on your side, no doubt.)

AST 44 is high, but not alarming, and can be addressed with an OTC liver supp. What I need to see with BW is the whole picture, not just the Creatinine, LH/FSH, and AST. If you want complete advice, then we NEED the complete picture, bro! Thanks! Smile

But providing that would show you he's been reckless!

We'll have to wait and see how honest and loyal OP is gonna be....he may not get ANY help at all... Smile

That's a full blown blast for 2 years... With no gym and an uncertain BF%... Good god things don't change.

Stats
Age: 30
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 235
BF: <100

Fix your stats! Smile What's your BF%? Whats the dose you been using on a weekly basis? Post the most current bloodwork you have. The bloods you have posted right now are from last year as evidenced by the collection date. Get with program, please. Thanks!! Smile

You are not cruising with a total t above 1500, you have been on a cycle for the past 2 yrs if that is the case. Why on earth are you doing that!? Very bad for your overall health and well-being. This is clearly an attempt at self-prescribed TRT which is about the dumbest thing you can do. Best thing you can do is an aggressive PCT and hope your HPTA isn't fried.

SenseiMiagi's picture

Test levels over 1500 is not a maintenence dose. How much you take and for how long? You havent trained in awhile you say...how long? Are you trt? Doc administered or self?

IrishMack's picture

So why are you taking aas without a script? You are not even training and cruising and obviously at a very high dose considering you are over 1500. Now looking at your bloodwork you have peak ast and low lh. How long have you been abusing aas for?
Its junkie syndrome, you have no doctor script, you are not even training and you are injecting. Im trying to be nice here but its not easy. Im just waiting to hear the excuses.
