ad
I have these bumps on my back that look like acne, but itch like hell when i touch them. Just a couple at first but they seem to be spreading.
Current cycle 1000 mg sust weekly, 800 mg of primo weekly, 600 mg of deca weekly, 3iu hgh daily and take nolva daily.
Roughly 15th cycle band have had issues with acne while on cycle. Haven't used deca for years after discovering tren.
My skin has always been oily and I try to constantly scrub it.
Any ideas......

umm are you taking any AI's??? Nolva does not count you need to be taking arimidex or your estrogen will be sky high and that can cause acne
try tanning...
Mix brown sugar and oatmeal in a blender with little water to make paste. Apply three times a week and the acne will dry up. Worked for me.. hope it does for you brother
Routine 1.
Try eating 10,000iu Vitamin A a day to reduce sebum production and pore size.
Eat 8 grams of Vitamin B5 Pantothenic Acid, This will clean the waste that is building up in all of your pores and contributing to any swelling and acne.
Throw in 500mg of L- Carnitine a day to help the body move the oil and fats away to be eliminated properly.
Routine 2.
or as a severe case, get some Accutane - Roaccutane...only in severe cases!! and go for 30 days max then take a 2 week break then continue...it can induce depression and effect serotonin and dopamine activity...you don't want this at all.
Routine 2/A
another emergency direct treatment is .1% Retin A cream directly on the sites of inflamation before you sleep...talk about sever Acne shut down!..this will calm it down within a day or two of treatment...continue nightly until you end your AAS Cycle
Routine 3
Should anyone here not be fortunate to of had this information earlier and now have developed scarring on the face/chest or back from acne breakouts and pock marks etc.
Just order 40% Glycolic Acid peels from online, and follow the instructions, it will completely even out your scarred skin and potentially remove your dark scars for good after only 3-6 peels...Follow instructions easily found on youtube.
You can and should do routine 1/2/3 together or 1/2A/3 together....dont do 2/2A at the same time.
I know what its like having these issues and there are allot of guys out there with amazing builds but because of skin issues, remain behind a shirt.
Hopes this helps allot of you guys if you are suffering at all.
Peace be upon you brothers
xub3rn00dlexPost a picture of what they look like. You also shouldn't be drying out your skin by scrubbing it, as it will only make it worse. Use oil controlling washes and lotions instead. Have you ever had chickenpox by any chance?
Also, take an anti-histamine and see if that will help the itching, and also start logging everything you eat and experiment with removing different foods to see if the itching stops if you don't eat a certain item. I only say this because my mother had something similar and it turns out it's actually related to her diet. She developed an allergic reaction to a certain food, but is having difficulty finding which one.
Why are you taking nolva daily??
Nevermind.
waltrit sounds like you might be allergic to something you're coming in contact with to me
if that turns out to be what it is you could try taking an antihistamine like benadryl
they only itch when you touch them?
that's weird..
You should post a pic.im sure it will offer much more help.
X2. A pic would definitely help. Could be lots if different things.
