Acne - Issues
ad
Hey Bros, For some reason this go around I've seemed to have more Shoulder and Chest acne. I typically have some spots on my shoulders and a few on my back but never my back.
What are you guys protocol for Acne? My dr. gave me minocycline but that didn't do a damn thing. So I started a BP 10% twice daily and that dries it out but I still have new ones popping up. I've changed that to once a day and using Gold Dial so I'm going to see how that goes. I want something other than Accutane...Thoughts?

Roaccutane is no1 for getting rid of acne. On cycle run 20mg eod, to keep it at bay
meh.. hippy thing i might try with apple cider.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35WdoCayCFw&feature=related

This stuff.
SchnizeHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Is this acne while on cycle or pct or after pct? mine always seems worse at the end of pct and after for a few weeks.. Shoulders mostly.. I'm looking for a new remedy as well.. feels like i've done everything and I would prefer not to touch acutane
This is me too. I've only done one cycle, but didn't start breaking out until mid-PCT then a couple weeks after PCT all hell broke loose on my arms and shoulders.
I'm at the end of my summer light cycle.
this works for me-shower in morning b4 food or anything then after gym workout hit the sunbeds for 6 mins it drys my spots out then when i get off sun beds walk to the sauna room with junk flying all over the shop stay in sauna for 10 mins realy good on the muscles and love the chill out time after a hard day and even harder workout then ryt out of sauna into shower for good 5-10 mins put some skin cream on then at the end of the nyt just b4 bed hit the shower again if i miss this for 3-4 days my skin is so oily and spots just cover me this works for me and my mate.
That's my issue is the Oily skin. I have missed the Sunbed for about 4 days now I think that's got alot to do with it. I'll go to this after I try some of the other stuff...Thank Bro!
nothing to do with what you asked but i try and miss sunbeds when i am not on cycle as we all know the cancer issue it can cause and take the time on cycle to live it up on the sunbeds lol my tan lasts long after i have stopd using sunbeds its great. But if i use sunbeds for months and months it effects my skin bad so maybe that advice will help to.i do hate the oily skin tho its the downside to AAS.
Supernova283Clindomyacin phosphate
dermabrasion (I just scrape off dead skin with a sharp knife after working out sweat helps lub the skin while the knife scrapes off dead skin which clogs pores.)
dibenzoylperoxide works well for spots, but doesn't treat a large area
Salicylic acid
A sharp knife? I've heard wet sandpaper 600 grit...
Supernova283Never tried sandpaper, but I just use one of my autoknives. Sandpaper would probably work.
Skin feels really nice after doing it though. Soft like a baby.
yeah as long as it's Wet Sandpaper, that's basically dermabrasion.
Use nizoral shampoo...keeps the sheding down and very effective at clearing acne $15 at Walmart.
@wolfman - I've tried that too. I might use it again, it wasn't super effective, but maybe trying that with BP might help.
Ya thats a good idea...probibly work.
Supernova283You use the shampoo on your body?
Yep...it is well known for its anti acne properties...but I really dont have a problem with acne.
Supernova283Yeah I knew about acne fighting properties of ketoconazole, but usually I just hear about people using it on their hair and then sorta washing their face with the water drippings.
Hope this helps
