Make sure it is acne and not foliculitis.
Most aas acne is caused by high estro. If you can dial it in with your AI (get bloods), you will have far less. The rest of the suggestions below are fine and helpful, but you're fighting a losing battle if your estro is too high.
aas acne is caused by high test and oily skin, even the cystic ones. My endo dialed in my hrt because I would get internal ones. At 1200 a week I have very little if any acne even with my oily skin. Estro in check too. If you are prone to acne nothing can stop it even crashing estro wont help. All you can do is either get used to it or drop test lower and exfoliate as much as you can. Or take accutane or other preventers.
I agree that it's a combination of all of it. Cystic acne is another conversation. Crashing your estro can make things worse as well. All I'm saying is that if you don't have your estro under-control, you'll never overcome it with any other methods (besides accutane or the like).
I'm TRT and I never used an AI, until I started to get acne on my chest and back. I tried everything, including anti-biotics, but nothing would really make much of a difference. Once I got on a solid AI regiment, my acne subsided and I'm clear now. Lots of things to consider and this is one.
dont forget that you are dialed in now so its like night and day, blasts always fuck me up.
Absolutely! It's been a struggle the older I've gotten. When I was young, I never had an AI (this was before they were really available) and I never had any issues. Twenty years later, I get on TRT and boom, acne! Your body changes over time and you really need to stay on top of it.
Blasts cause me issues as well, but I'm able to do pretty well since I know how much AI to take to mitigate the increased hormone.
nationlivethank u for the information sir

Ace VenturaI love your avatar so much
mrmaxmaxwelldoxycyline is a mild antibiotic that you would want to give a shot before thinking about accutane (I have never taken accutane myself). Before trying doxy make sure your daily hygiene and diet are on point.
Here is what has worked for me:
Diet:
Eliminate sugar for your diet
drink at least a gallon of water a day
start supplementing zinc, 50mg per day is where I am at
Hygien:
Atleast 2 showers per day
tea tree soap
tea tree oil to spot treat acne
change bed spread every few days
MAKE SURE TO MOISTURIZE after showers to prevent your body from producing more oil if your too dry
I agree with you sir..try and cut out as much sugar as possible, drink and much water as possible.
you can put cider vinegar on the spots as well.. ...
two showers ..people tend to dry themselves out so be careful with that one.
we shouldn't be eating a boat load of suger any way '=)
honey also works on the sores (non pastuerized...)
keep your nasty greasy dirty hands off it ;-)
mild anti bioitic topicals like euyrthromyicin work ..
sea salt water misted on the affected areas also works and draws out bacteria from the skin
Where is location of acne? How long have u been off cycle? What compounds did u cycle?
Are u allergic to any drugs?
nationlivei cycle almost all compunds but tren gave me the worst one... its on shoulders, chest, arms and face as well.
