so i had my friend pin me last week(wednesday) with 250mg test e.
since then my gulte has been sore, i am not running a temp and the site does not feel hot. we fallowed proper procedure and were sterile.
i have bactrim on hand should i start taking it? when is it time to go to the er?
also i am in the military so what can i tell them when they ask? dont wanna get in trouble, also it is virgin muscle could that be it?

wanted to give yall a update and say thanks for all the input.
the pain went a way along with the knot, just some pip from my virgin muscles lol.
I had an issue one time with a virgin muscle group, luckily it went away on its own, but I was about to go get it checked out and my lie was going to be, "we were drunk and my friend shot me with a blow dart."
it seemed like a good lie lol

You probably already know this . But take some mortrin or take a warm bath . A heating pad at night works pretty good too . Good luck!
Im on my first cycle now of test e 500mgs split in two pinns of 250mgs. I had that thought too in the begining. I was just paranoid. I was pinning into virgin muscle so I had a fat knot where I would pin for the first 4 times I pinned.
its normal. it'll go down in a few days. when i did my very first pin of test-e i had a small bump but it went away in a day or 2, you can use a compress if you wish, i also used some motrin to reduce the swelling of the muscle and it worked very well.
