35. Overweight with Low T
ad
I was looking at Enclomiphene and Armidex for a DIY TRT treatment. Is there anything I should be worried about? Can someone give me some insight on the correct dosage and cycle length to prevent any complications? Im not on anything except Retatrutide. But I plan on starting mots C and tesamorellan when it arrives.

Raising your testosterone levels isn’t by any means some magic way to lose weight. It could very well cause you to gain weight with increased appetite. If you genuinely have low testosterone then getting on a trt dose will make you feel better in general.
You should really just focus on learning how to lose weight. The mechanisms behind weight loss, maintenance, and gain are very simple. The first law of thermodynamics.
Consume less calories than your body needs for weight loss. This forces your body to use its fat stores to keep running. Definitely takes discipline.
Now moving on to the GLP1’s. These are great for people struggling to lose weight. I’ve used them myself when my drive to stay strict on calories isn’t there. I think they’re an incredible tool. I would add Tirz to your Reta to really move things along. Remember these are just tools. It’s still important to understand how weight loss and gain works so you stay successful in the long run.
I’m 31, obese through my whole 20s, back pain, loads of pain killers. 17.5 stone 245 pounds 111kg of pure fat but skinny af arms lol.
I went through alot of nootropics, drugs etc trying to find something that would help.
Nothing did for long except testosterone.
I slowly stripped the weight on trt, 100mg -175mg a week of cyp while learning nutrition and the anabolic stuff. (Still learning)
It took dyhydrocodienes, pregabalin, booze, pressed xans and a massive wake up call and a loss of memory for around 2 weeks for me to clean my act up.
I don’t smoke, i don’t do drugs, I don’t drink often, I use pregabalin very rarely now and half the doses I was prescribed.
I owe all of that to trt.
Was I low t? I don’t know. I never did pre bloods as I didn’t know about them when I was told about trt.
Before 2024 I was ignorant to roids.
I love roids and peps now. Fucking cheat codes.
Try the enclo and arimidex are your t levels low and if so what are the digits?
Realistically, if you post your bloods and link this thread to them guys will have a much better understanding as to what could work.
Trauma dump finished
Im 38M. Was obese. Lost 50 pounds on ozempic/monjuaro. Starting testcyp / hcg/hgh. getting bloods soon. you need to get blood work first and see what your base levels are. then depending on that you need to look into raising your total T while keeping your E2 in check. As well as yoru sex hormones if you want to keep producing sperm.
My advice as a 38 year old who was under the same scenario. Stay on the peps till you physically stop losing weight then go get on test. You'll feel much better and won't run into many estrogen related sides.
You can always use a SERM like enclo, clomid or nolvadex to increase total testosterone, but if you facing low test symptoms it won't help much, nothing beats exogenous testosterone
Also another thing to note down is that Enclo drops your natural IGF-1 levels down.
Gainz411Honestly, enclo probably won’t raise your free test that much if the root issue is body fat and overall health. It may bump total testosterone some, but free test and symptoms don’t always improve dramatically. And adding Arimidex on top of enclo without could easily crash your estrogen and make you feel worse instead of better. If your testosterone is genuinely low, you’d honestly probably be better off just doing TRT instead of stacking a bunch of compounds together.
