1st timer need advice
Hi lads,
im on my 1st cycle with tomorrow being the 1st day of week 4. Test e 500mg a week spilt in 2, alternating glutes (thurs/mon) Week 1 started with some bad pip, but i was expecting that with the virgin muscle. Week 2 no pip, but 1st injection of week 3 i got what i can only describe as like a malteaser size lump under the skin, with much more pain than i got week 1. So ive been taking ibuprofen applying heat and massaging it which seems to be working. I woke up tuesday with the lump gone, but with another lump at the base of my spine, which is making sitting down really uncomfortable. Now i did go the gym on monday and used a belt while doing bench, so im hoping this is what caused it, but just feeling a bit paronoid it was the injection. What do you guys think? Its probably a stupid question, but i believe in the only stupid question is the 1 not asked. The wife is telling me to go the doc but im a bit reluctant. There is no redness at all, and ive been using sterile wipes, cleaning both injection area and the vial. Thanks.

Just a quick update for anyone following the thread. Went to the doctor today and despite being made to feel like a child getting told off by a teacher, he said it wasnt from the test, and was definately from the belt. He said i have a build up of fatty tissue that could be from a previous injury, and i have damaged it with the belt causing it to bleed, and said it should be gone in a few days. Im going to keep an eye on it just in case, and if it goes red or infected looking go back to him. Thanks to all who posted, much appreciated.

AnonHeat oil before you shoot if you shoot in ass use a 1 1/2 inch needle to get deep into muscle and after you inject go soak in hottest water you can this usually helps . Repeat soaking if wanted to help. It helps warm up oil and absorb into skin. Your going to get a bit of a reaction no where did god design us to put oil into our muscles so lol u have to get use to it

my wife gives my the pins too that I cant reach. Those lumps will go away bro, just stay away from that area for a bit. some people are sensitive to the base the gear is made with. Those lumps hurt..lol. I had the exact same thing you have. You pinned a bit too high it sounds like. That website is full of useful knowledge, it really helped me. good luck bro! practice makes perfect ;-)
My Gf pins my glutes. I can't reach. So show her the link to alleviate problems. Also click on ACCESSORIES. Order some 25x 1 pins. Its $5.50. Quads can get sore as new virgin muscle but more sites is less chance of abscess and big issues.

Its been my experience recently with the exact same issues. Some labs have different issues, I used a blow dryer to heat my oil in the syringe and that helped a bunch. Honestly you will have this for a bit but then one day its all just gone, no more swelling or pip...nothing. Also, looks like your doing 1ml x 2 times a week so thats right on, just keep alternating. I also switched to delts using a 23x1 pin and that gives the ol cheeks a break too. 1ml in each delt will give your butt a break.
Same issues as in lump on the spine or in the glute? Yeah ive been putting it in a small bowl of hot water i learned that lesson from week 1 haha. im using 23, 1.25 pins would this be ok for delts?
I use 1" for delts and thighs. I would get some 3/4-1 for those areas. the 23x 1 1/4 Right pins for the glutes for sure. Heating pad can be your best friend till you get used to the gear and get the pinning down.
is the lump in the center or is it to the side of your spine and how far up from your ass crack
Its kind of half on half off to the left and just at the top of the crack.
If you didn't inject on that spot or side its not likely migration. But can be a zit from hello. Skin get oilly and sebacious glands work overtime. Add in heat of summer. Ive gotten em in that area simply from heat and sweat. It its not hot/infected feeling sometimes a zit like that can be helped with hot compress. Lump smaller dime size?
I injected on the left side the monday morning, and tuesday i found the lump. Its not hot/infected feeling, but its about 1.5 inchs wide.
