1st cycle pics please

ad

Hi. Does anyone have before and after pics for their FIRST cycle?

I'm interested to see what kind of changes can be expected.

I'm in my 30s, been training for about a year (still seeing gains) and am looking into doing 12wks of test-e.
I really only want to do one cycle to bring me up to my genetic limit as quickly as possible. I'm not getting younger! I don't want to be ripped. Just to have nice shoulders, chest, and arms. Aesthetic building, if you like. So I'm only planning one cycle.

Before you take the plunge, the best advice I can really give is take 6 months and ear like you are on cycle. Dial in the nutrition really well. A cycle without the nutrition is honestly worthless. Hit the weights hard and keep it basic. Compound movements and eat 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. It sound simple, but its really a lot of food. A few shakes and a bit of force feeding. When you can eat like you're on cycle, you'll really benefit from doing one. Hit the weights hard but don't overtrain. There's a lot of pissed away potential in over training. Hit them hard and move on. Rest and eat. Do that for a year , you'll gain. Guaranteed. And when you hit a plateau doing that , you'll benefit more from a cycle. The gear isn't anything without the nutrition. Learn to feed your body first

Good answer; do another 6 months of hard training; get an excellent diet plan in place and see where you are without roiding. You could more then likely get better gains and actually keep them without it if you bang that out.

Okay, thanks for your input guys. I'm really considering these two posts, and holding off until next summer.

Question though: if I were to cycle now and put on 15lbs, whereas my genetic limit is 30lbs from where I am now, wouldn't it be simple to keep those gains? Because my body can still them and they're still under my natural threshold.

Bear in mind I only want to do one single cycle as a shortcut if you like. Not to overstep what I would be capable of naturally, but just to do it quicker than it would otherwise take place.

As opposed to someone who is at 200lbs, and his genetic limit is 210lbs. He puts on 20lbs with his cycle (220lbs). After his cycle, his body can't naturally keep the lean mass he's developed, so he drops down to 210lbs, which is what his body can naturally support. Does this make sense?

You say you are considering the posts; then contradicting it by saying you want to start a cycle now? 1 cycle turns into 2, then 3 then 4, e.t.c. Seriously try the approach we gave you 1st, I can almost guarantee you will be as big or bigger then your friend who is on cycle if you diet and train properly at your age. THEN make your decision. Roids will always be here waiting for you, they are not going to be gone overnight Smile
