Help! Can't write a review

I've tried several times to write a review for a source but when I click on write review it just takes me to the rules section and there's a green button which says "I understand" I click that and nothing happens... am I doing something wrong here?

Ah right it must be my phone then. I'm also using a Samsung Galaxy. I'll try again from a pc. Cheers guys
I had the same problem with my galaxy s7. I used my iPad and had no problem.
That's how it was for me also using Google Chrome on my Samsung Galaxy. I used Google Chrome on my laptop and it displayed fine and I was able to write the review. Hope this helps.
