I'm having the same problem that was mentioned by some other users below.
the website is not recording the leaving of rating portion of reviews, I have tried the suggested fix below (logging out/back in) without success.
Any further suggestions?

That’s why I’m posting here.
I was trying to leave a review for one of the ED meds I received from a supplier on here now that the wife is healed from giving birth, I keep running into the issue I posted about though.
I type the review information in the first category, select appropriate rating, then click to the next drop down category and repeat. I’m running into the page erasing the rating back to 0 stars when I switch between the categories though.
