When I go to a Q&A for a src..it says supplier needs to subscribe to interact with eroid members...but now it says that in all src I look at?

Suppliers are now required to pay for customer service privileges in their Supplier Introduction threads.
Those that have not paid their subscription, will not be able to PM, comment, or have custom SI threads.
Is this new?
