How Do I Remove A Gear Photo From My Profile?

While trying to turn a sideways gear photo rightside up, I ended up posting a duplicate. I managed to delete the duplicate photo, but I can't get rid of the title, etc.
How to I eliminate the entire photo/text/entry?

Permissions system has been updated. You can delete your own content entirely.
I'm sorry but how do I take down a picture I just submitted to Ashop and it shows to much packaging. I think I might get a flag otherwise. I apologize if I screwed up
So self pictures you can put up and take down but the gear pictures are permanent?
Only by requesting the removal of the post to a mod
