I shoot it EOD or maybe E3D..hits you waaay faster since its a slow ass acting compound.

It's great to break in those virgin muscles too because its smooth. When you're pinning that much you HAVE to rotate pin sites.
Nah dont frontload IMO,
(well i never do)...cause when you pin EOD you start feeling the EQ effects like that crazy hunger that we all want around week 4
(i always do) so thats why i stick with EOD with EQ for about 14-16 weeks....
Try the EOD protocal bro and youll feel it sooner than u think.
If you pin 2xs a week like most ppl do.. Youll end up feeling it around weeks 8-10 to see the full effects..thats why guys on EQ run a cycle minimum 16 weeks.
Some say to front load twice the amount you're running for the first 2 weeks. Typically it takes around 8 weeks to really kick in. I'm starting my run now at 2 pins a week 1200mgs the first 2 weeks and 600 per week. I'm gonna run it for 14 to 16 weeks with 600mgs test e ew.
Darron614Twice a week is usually the standard protocol for long ester gear. Monday and Thursday is very common.
