Anyone used DNP? Experiences? I was reading some sides are blindness and hypothermia. Not sure how accurate that is though. Thanks.

No disrespect to any of the sources here, but would you really trust your life on the dependence of receiving a properly dosed product?
I know I wouldn't, even though Id say DNP is relatively safe IF done right.

If you do it don't go above 600mg per day. It has an accumulating effect. SO if you take 200mg every day, then by day 4 you will have 555mg in your blood.
SO if you take 400mg a day for 2 weeks, thats 1700mg in your bloodstream by the last day. Be very careful with DNP it can sneak up on you and you will be sweating hard. I wouldn't recommend dose above 200mg if you have a job and don't want to have pitstains in your shirts and soaked back. People will think you are weird. Also your body will have a stench, it smells like smoke and body odor mix.. weird smell.
As the other guy said if you take 600 or 1000 there is no benefit in taking 1000mg... 600mg per day is the maximum anyone should ever go any more and results will not be better just maybe happen a day or 2 quicker. But its not worth it when you cant sleep, and have to drink 3 gallons water a day lay in an ice bath..
Just do 200mg first week and 400mg 2nd week that should be it. DNP is still unknown what the lethal dose is because different people tolerate it differently. For 1 person 600mg will do next to nothing, for another person they will be overheating on 400mg.
SO just take it slow and easy and be safe.
I've used it quite a few times now.
When it was tested in the early 20th century (when it was found out to have fat loss properties), it was found that a very small portion of women (not men) started to develop cataracts. The hypothermia I suppose could happen if you were feeling too hot during the cycle, and decided to sleep with all the windows open, in a place like Greenland.
Symptoms I get on DNP are: uncomfortable heat (DNP is a thermogenic, a lot more powerful than Clen, Ephedrine and T3, and/or any combination of the three) and fatigue. Though the fatigue can be countered with T3 (DNP lowers T3 levels for as long as you're on the cycle. Supplementing T3 EOD is a good way to prevent that). Loss of sleep can occur because of the heat, if you have some sleeping tablets or something like melatonin, you can hope to sleep without waking up too many times, Problem I had off of melatonin was I'd wake up 4-5 times a night, and have to constantly flip my sheets/pillows or change them, they would get soaked that much (again, DNP is a very powerful drug).
I ran DNP for 7 weeks after a bulk and lost about 45lbs, got down to a very low BF. No muscle loss, DNP is muscle sparing. I prefer running DNP 200-250mg ED and fo 4-6 weeks, rather than 400-500mg ED for 10-15 days (which seems to be the American way to do things, judging from my forum experience). Though I have run as much as 1G (DO NOT DO THIS) ED. No difference between 1g of DNP and 500 in my eyes. Though if you're employed and don't want to look like a dirty scrag end, I'd keep dose low because you WILL sweat. Best way to control that is to keep hydrated; keep water with you at all times and try to drink 2+ gallons of it a day.
Avoid carbs before sleep, because they will make you into a living furnace. You will get very hot, as the DNP will burn them up immediately.So if you're working a typical 9-5, it's a good idea to save the majority of your carbs for the evening/late afternoon.
Best results I had was doing an iso diet, 33/33/33 - carbs/fat/protein. Tbh, DNP is that powerful, it won't make much of a difference.

Just be careful man stay hydrated and drink v8 helps with cramps. Try it out for 15days first. I did 200 200 200 400 400 400 600 600 600 400 400 400 200 200 200 take a couple weeks off then go again until desired goal is reached however I never went longer then a month so please be careful I don't recommend this for weight loss I lost a lot of muscle on this

I don't understand how you lost "a lot of muscle" on DNP, as DNP is muscle sparing, as I've said. Are you mistaking strength loss for muscle loss? DNP will starve your muscles of glucose - that combined with the fatigue lowered T3 levels causes will make you weaker whilst on. Only reason I lifted on DNP was to keep up muscle fatigue, so at the end of the cycles I wouldn't spend a week with my arms and elbows at 90 degree angles because I hadn't really used them in weeks.
I for one recommend it for weight loss; it's the most potent weight loss agent used in the bodybuilding world, short of starving yourself on amphetamine.
Simon, considering DNP is used by a lot of competitors a few weeks before show, I highly doubt there's muscle loss.
