HGH Testing Info
Below is a .pdf link to the prescription insert for Humatrope by Eli Lilly. If you look at page 12 you will find the dose response curve graph.

According to this graph, Eli Lilly tested subjects' HGH levels after injecting 0.1mg/kg (0.27iu/kg) by IV, IM, and subq injection. It seems that peak HGH levels were about 60ng/ml at a little over 2 hours post IM injection and about 45ng/ml at about 3 hours post subq injection.
So if someone wanted to check the quality/purity of their generic HGH, they could follow this method. The problem with this is that if you weighed about 100kg (220 lbs) then you'd have to inject 27units of HGH. Personally, I'd be a little scared to do that.
But if someone followed this method and injected 0.27iu/kg either IM or subq and has their blood HGH levels checked 2 to 3 hours post injection, I think it's safe to say that the level should be at least over 40ng/ml if it's comparable to pharm grade HGH. This may seem like a waste to some, but might be worth it to others who can afford it and want to verify the quality/purity of their generic HGH.
It seems that the prevailing opinion on this forum is to inject 10units IM and get blood HGH and IGF-1 levels checked about 3.5 hours post injection. I was wondering what this method is based on.
If anyone has an opinion about either method, please contribute.
Also, I've heard of some people having their HGH tested directly via GC/MS (Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectroscopy). I was wondering if anyone has tried this or knows more about it.

I really expected more feedback by now about this as it's such a contentious topic.
I hear the Serum test as well as doing IGF test is the best.. Im sure yours may be even better?
