Pulsing orals

Hey guys I’m just been doing some reading on this. And I’ve seen some of the more experienced members on the board mention it so it has me curious about it and how to properly pulse orals like anadrol like I’m taking now. Yes I’m on gear no I don’t want to just cycle orals only and I’m on trt so no being on isn’t an option anyways. I’m just wanting to know for on cycle purposes. Is it better to stay in for 4-6 wks straight or cycle on and off 2 and 2 for the cycle. Or am I just wasting brain space thinking about it. Is one better than the other. Thanks for the input

Stats not sure what number cycle this is but 253lbs 5ft11. 11-13% body fat workout 6 days 1-1 1/2 hrs. Food intake is 45-5000 Cals daily.
2 weeks into 500 test wk and 50mg anadrol.

As far as i am concerned... pulsing orals is sort of like painting your house, applying a 2nd layer a few days later, and just when its dry; stripping it off to start it again

I just finished doing it with dbol and adrol. I did 2on 2 off seperately for each. Then did 2dbol2adrol and so on... No bueno compared to ongoing adrol cycle

Strength yes then pause or drop when pulsing. But better to keep applying new layers of paint!!!

Really the only oral that needs pulsing is adrol. The reason is that it has such a piss poor binding affinity, in fact it is nearly non-existent. Loses effectiveness real quickly so the only smart alternative to using it is to pulse it otherwise you are just putting up with side effects and very minimal gains after a certain point. For me that point is about 2 wks. I'll gain 5lbs first week and maybe another 2-3 the following week and after that I just have to put up with high BP if I continue to use it. Now by pulsing it I can continually make gains on it and also give my liver and BP a rest between bouts of it. I'll gain say like 7-8 lbs on my 2wk burst and drop about 4-5 until my next bout and so on. Seems like I can net a about a 2+lb gain on each burst doing it that way which is pretty substantial. Other orals which have much better binding affinities are better ran continuously. and no need to pulse. I wouldn't see much benefit in pulsing var, winnie, tbol or even dbol. I could see some merit in possibly doing it with SD or M1T just solely based on toxicity levels though.

Thank you this is what I had being seeing in the past and I think it may have been a post that I read of your that got me thinking about it. So thank you. I will try pulsing with my anadrol. Do you go the whole cycle this way.

Run it the whole cycle pulsing but still continue with liver supps on the off weeks.

Two weeks on two off work best for me when using harsher substances like drol and D-bol. I have noticed that after two weeks sides pick up and gains (especially in strength) begin to slow. Two on two off allows for a total of six weeks (if running a 12 week cycle) of rapid gains with substantially less sides. It's also nice because it allows the oral to aid in the late cycle gains that are primarily lean muscle mass (assuming diet and exercise are on point) instead of just adding strength and amplifying the early gains that are primarily attributable to the spike in glycogen load and sub-q water retention.

My experience with drol has been a 2wk on 2off approach is better for the sides I get, ie: raise in bp, killing my appetite..... I’ve done (tried) using it at a straight 4-5 wks but the bp issue was getting to great so I stopped.....e2 was also not an issue when doin the 2+2 method, ...as in most cases you’re gonna have to see how you respond to both methods....keep a close eye on the bp and get bloods done so you have actual results on what’s going on

Hi mate, it's all down to personal choice. Some love pulsing and some people love to just kick start their cycles with the oral.

Recently I became a fan of pulsing as it keeps the negative sides down.

Try it and see what you think. Remember to drink plenty, keep diet clean and don't drink alcohol as this still further stress your body.

Thanks for the reply. It’s my first time with anadrol hence the test only part. So do you do it for the whole cycle or part

Go with what your body is telling you.

It's best to pull bloods to start with and assess weather or not to run the oral in the first place, then pulse for 2 weeks and pull bloods. The whole time keeping an eye on blood pressure. If bloods are on point and you haven't suffered any unwanted sides after 2 weeks hop back onto anadrol. Don't be the guy to fight through the sides, of your BP starts to raise out of control and you're doing everything right drop it like its hot.

50mg split am/pm would the the protocol I follow although I see a lot of lads bosh a whole one before a work out, again try both and see what you think. I love anadrol, it's hands down my favourite oral for size, strength and look.

I keep the eye on bp 135/65. I should have bloods in about 2ish weeks. So far no sides other than a little bloat and slightly raise bp. Normal is 100/60

Also keep an eye on cholesterol, orals can be particularly harsh on it.

I check it 3 times a year so far I haven’t had issues with cholesterol yet
