I had a lot of problems signing in recently. Pretty sure it was my end. The issue was probably my browser or connection, because it was all fixed the next day when I tried to tackle the problem after an overnight shutdown.

The issue was that the captcha kept failing to load properly, or timed out each time I tried.

But the upshot of retrying the captcha so many times is that my account and IP got auto-blocked. That's understandable, because all those retries and fails probably looked mighty nefarious. (I promise I'm not evil! ... well, mostly ;)

Anyway, how do I go about getting my account and IP unblocked, if possible? Thanks.

I tried the "Contact" link to ask, but that page just gives me a HTTP 403 error. Creating this secondary temp account to ask here seemed like the only option. (And yes, I'll stop using this account if my original account can be unblocked.)

Yet I'm using chrome
Deleting browser history doesn't work
Microsoft has been putting updates on my computer causing failure to recognize usb devices
Trying to force me to edge.
Any thoughts?

Tried to login with that original name and with password. When resetting password, I don't even get a mail?

I cannot access my old account and reset password is not being sent to my email, I've had to create this account also because the contact us link is bringing me to 403 access denied page. Having log in problems on smartphone. No way to log in.Basically cannot log in. Same problem as MAtt 40 06.
Can log in on my PC but display is not formatted correctly . Friends online are displayed vertically instead of horizontally. It's as if the code on the page has changed and is not formatted correctly.

The incorrect display only happens when I'm signed in but displays correctly when I'm not signed in.
Problem started couple days ago.

Having problems logging in and when I finally do I can't go to a supplier intro page and the drop down menu only has submit on it. I have deleted all cookies and cashe off my phone and still no luck been this way for 4 days. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Cannot log in. Cleared cache & still not able

I'm having login problems as well.
I'm logged in on my phone and it's working fine but get the 403 cat screen whenever I try on the laptop.
Tried clearing cache, restarting, deleting cookies/history/temp files...

Was working fine until mid-afternoon. Now I get the cat screen. Cannot log in using phone at all, luckily my laptop was still logged on. What should I do to fix this?

I am having the same issues, but it shows a totally different handle, it shows kidc, my username is kid327. Cannot log in at all under my username
