My goal is to lose 12-14 pounds of fat. Strengthen my weak points, clean up my poses and bring the ebc crown to the jungle!
Finishing Statement: Well Everyone first and foremost let me say how this has been one of the funnest things I've ever done! Girlrilla and myself have had a blast doing this ebc and have made a lot of good friends doing it! I feel like I've really made a lot of progress in the last 7 weeks physicly and mentaly. This has been a good learning experience , and has provided answers to many of my fitness questions as well as raise some new ones.Long story short I'd like to say this was a great way to end the cut for me and a great experierence overall! Hope you guys enjoy the pics!!!

Well probably not gonna do any photo updates guys but i will say i am around 191 right now. Feeling better than expected. Tightning up in lower stomache.. not sure on fat/water ratio at this point. Got Some new veins showing but i stay flat most of the time so hard to say what all will be popping out by end of ebc. Training and diet are right on schedule. Have slight strain in right rear delt so im kinda babying that.... low bf sucks as far as injuries go!!! Gotta be careful guys!!!So i guess thats my update for now guys!

Guys just thought i might share funny story bout these gorilla pics.I've lived here now for about 8 months or so and about 3-4 months in me and Girlrilla start kicking it with this 26 yr old little red head right acrosss the street.. literaly. So any how at first we didnt really hang that much but later on we did start tooo. long story short this girl turns out to be nuttier than squirrel shit and is basically a scritzo trashy skank. So we seperate ourselves from this physcho(btw has a basic instinct type infatuation with me)
Fast forward now like 1.5 months and here I am outside in my back yard, bikinnis and a gorrilla mask running around like an idiot lol... and this bitch(revealed to me later by other neighbor) has done snuck across the street into our neighbors yard and is fucking filming me..... and saying shes putting it on you tube and yadda yadda yadda lol lmao. Girlrilla and half the street cant wait to whip her ass lol!
