+ 12 Get ready or die mirin' !

Hello bros! I'm a 24 years old french guy and first time posing (if you can call it like that lol...) and showing up in public. As you can tell from the goals, I am very demanding of myself.

Goals:

Overall:

Maintaining my current level of bodyfat.
More density/hardness/striations.
More vascularity.
...and better posing too.

Specific:

More size and definition in hamstrings.
MORE size in calves. (wish me luck for that one...)
More density in upper chest.
Better biceps peak.
More size in forearms.
More detailed back. (go Dorian Yates!)
Better separation between triceps outer and inner heads.

I'm willing to do my very best, as I always do, to complete my goals successfully.

I will be running (as of 07/11) 75mg/ED Tren A/Test P from Bionic Pharma by the courtesy of drmusclepharma (great guy by the way), I might bump the dose to 100mg/ED depending on how it goes! (till then stay tunned)

Any suggestions, comments and constructive criticism are welcome!

A lot of props to you my dude those legs have made the biggest change. Your quads went from quads to tree trunks respect bro that always is more impressive than people who only focus on arms.

Your calves look twice the size they were before. I'm extremely impressed you did a great job. In all honesty I think I'd shit my pants if you didn't place. Looking at your rear double bicep shot you are starting to look like a full on bodybuilder now. Definitely will be shocked if you don't win it.

agreed cleanest bulker I've seen. Clear size gains of Raw mass without all the bloat. Did an excellent job. Number 1 overall I see no reason why he doesn't take it. Compare his back double bicep the change is unreal. So much thicker
