Week - 6

ad

Okay, this is week six on my nandrolone cycle, four weeks on Deca. I have had obligations this month that have curtailed my Nandrolone cycle to more of a lean cycle than a bulker, but I have still hit my 4K calories every day. I have eaten Non-Sat fats and Starchy Carbs w/o reservation, but workouts have been non-existent for schooling reasons. It was planned so no worries. All in all, I am up 1-stone since EBC, but it is where I want it to be. My targets have been to 'square the shoulders' up quite a bit, and build the calves. I put on half inch to the calf, so that it measures 15 (up from 14.5) on cold or whenever, so that is a good couple week's gain. My target is 16.5 on this cycle, so damned good start.

I have targeted my soleus on calves (pretty hard to accomplish) and I think I have done a good job for two weeks. It seems to give a more rounded look to a naturally ectomorphic frame. I have focused very little on chest.

Continuing to work on getting those lats out and I think that is going well too.

I have one more week of intensive training and that works out well, because at that time, I will have five weeks on my Deca and I should begin to explode! Pinning Equipoise now, high dose so appetite should explode in unison.

These photos represent my cycle with over 4K calories daily, few restrictions, and very little gym time in two weeks, so I think we can expect big things in about 14-days.

Oh.... the abs... must be a fluke! I haven't even done core outside of once weekly Zumba. They're just popping out on their own... I don't believe in working them too much as when in shape, I sport a 32" waist. To much crunching will make me a ripped 34" waist... I am ultimately shooting for 32". I might save that surprise for next EBC if they make it a cutter. All I can say is that they make the rest of me disappear when they are there. It is not time for that though, so this is just a nice little bonus.... bulking and abs are coming out... gotta love it!
