At the beginning of EBC, I set a goal of 34" in the waste by EBC final, both at the waste and across the belly. My beginning measurements were 42" on the waste and 46" across the belly button. Finally taped a legitimate 34.5" across the belly button.

Of a note, cardio has returned so that I have an eight minute mile again, have not done that in ages. Tested myself six weeks ago with 1.2km in 8 minutes, made the full 1.6 last night.... HR was 178 when I finished, but I made the 8-minutes!

Photo 1 has me at about 34.75, but on a good flex, the tape is smooth at 34.5. I took photo 2 because it shows the tape is not cutting into a layer of fat.... I still have my summer goal of 32" before I can do another cycle, but I am excited.
