Day 1 of my vacation complete, had a great leg day at a new gym. This is the first gym I've been to with a pendulum squat. How many of y'all have one in your gym?
I have a viking press pendulum squat landmine attachment it is sketchy and bad I want to try a real one I heard so many good things but I'm all home gym
The one I tried was the paramount pendulum squat which is an older piece matching the rest of the equipment in the background, and is probably one of the best pendulum squats. All of the other paramount equipment I tried that day was old school but super nice. It just didn't fit my leg path or squating style as much as I really wanted to like it
Those do look sweet. There is a municipal auction coming up near me I'm going to try to buy all the gym equipment from the local high-school or at least the leg machines and the dumbbells.
