If you join a promo, please don't expect a reply within a few hours or even days. It's a promo sometimes I will get back to you after a few days, a week, or even after the promotion ends but in the end, you will receive the tracking number and the gear.
Paid orders and promos are two completely different things.
They involve two different services.

The only problem I would say here guys, is that in the Promo we are asked to review and rate our customer service and communication experience with you as a Source. If we are messaging you on here and are not getting a reply for a number of days then how are we supposed to rate that? Do we enter 'Not Applicable' because it is a promo? I thought the idea with a promo is that it is supposed to be a similar situation to if we are purchasing an order from yourselves, we are then able to give a reliable review to others looking to place an order with you.
As soon as i agree and ready to enter door 1 press comes along with a door 2. You made that make sense. Dont excuse the way he bitched about it and at this age it wasnt his first time and definitely wont be his last and he is only apologizing because the promo is arriving not because he repented but you are correct sir!
