Hello all,

I am new to this, been training for years with ok results but want to go up a level. I'm 41 and have done a blood test and my test levels are a bit low but I have no idea what to take, how much to take, frequency etc. any advice would be greatly appreciated

As Bodhi said below start in the newbie corner read up and then come back and ask some questions and we will tune in and help you out. You just need to get some basics down first.

Sent you a friend request. I’m a little older than you and still pretty new to actually trying to build a decent body. I’d be happy to share my personal experiences, many good, some bad, others expensive. These guys know their shit and have steered me in the right direction so far, so you can feel good about that.

I’m not a pro by any means but I can let you know who has given me solid advice.

I can also regurgitate their advice but I’m just an ant on the shoulder of a giant.
