Anavar cycle for a newbie
ad
Evening all,
I am have been lifting weights since I was 25, now 38. Looking to take things up a little bit and from the research I have so far conducted found that anavar might be a good starting point, I was wondering what some more experienced people think of this for a newbie, is this a good starting point or is there something better suited? Any and all advice welcome!

BoaGet some sustanon and tamoxifen
Sorry, but I never liked any cycle that didn't include Test in one form or another as a base.
1 step forward and 2 steps back.
Get you some Test E or Test Cyp and maybe skip the Anavar for the first go round. Check out this link: https://www.eroids.com/forums/newbie-corner/steroids/how-to-run-a-first-....
This one ain't bad either:

Welcome to the forum Rob.
Also worth mentioning that you’ll likely feel real shitty after a few weeks of use. Crashed endogenous testosterone leads to emotional issues, weight gain, lethargy, libido problems, lack of mental focus and other things that you would probably prefer to avoid. And as already stated, once you finished up, you’d lose any additional lean mass you may have put on due to a busted HPTA. The infamous “Anavar only 1st cycle” is a trap that many fresh ones have stumbled into. It seems perfect to dip your toes in, but it’s a trap…. Testosterone (enanthate or cypionate , typically) would be the what I, and so many other would have and do suggest.
AnonTry running a simple Test only cycle, you’ll be amazed at the results from just that.
No, anavar will crash your test and you will be worse off than before you started. Testerone is always best for starting point.
Terrible choice with Anavar as you are shutting down your body's own test production and all "gains" made with Anavar will go away upon discontinuation. It will also wreck your blood lipid values. Better off staying just as you are rather than your proposed route. You mentioned being 38 years of age, Testosterone would be my pick personally, I'd suggest further research and skip Anavar or any oral AAS from your list as they are meant to be stacked on top of Testosterone. Good luck
Oral only cycles are a waste of time and money and never a good idea.
