+ 35 35 weeks of dieting
276lbs to 189lbs
6'1, 30 years old, 2020-2025 April no gym.
After 35 weeks of dieting, I am approaching the end point. From fat mess to pretty peeled it has been a good journey. I have competed before and dieted hard in the past, this diet has been a cakewalk and I think it could be due to Retatrutide and Cardarine.
I started in October at 276lbs on my cruise dose of 125mg Test Enan per week, got bloods pulled mid January then introduced Retatrutide at .5mg per week. I ran that dose of reta for around 16 weeks before upping the dose and I'm going to end my cut on 1.5mg per week, not having gone above that dose.
In March, I switched up to a mini blast and introduced 20 mins of cardio am/pm on the walking pad at a brisk speed. 2iu GH daily, 300mg Test Prop and 50mg Anavar daily, the following month I added in Proviron at 50mg daily. I used the Anavar for around 7/8 weeks before it trashed my lipids and I had to cease use.
In May I began Masteron Prop at 300mg weekly on top of the 300mg Test Prop dose before switching out to Masteron Enan when it arrived and I've been running Clenbuterol for the last 4 weeks, first two weeks at 40mcg daily and past two weeks at 60mcg daily. All of the compounds listed were completely new to me other than Test Enan. I had only ever used Deus Medical products but since coming to this forum I have been introduced to some great sources and have used a few different products up to now. I'll list them below the images.
I am still doing 20 mins cardio am/pm, I track my blood pressure and rhr weekly. I track every gym session in my log book, training PPL for the last year. I obviously track all of my food. I'm currently eating 1700 calories per day with one cheat day which for the past 3 weeks has given me a big whoosh on the scale in the following days. First cheat I had 6k calories, second one 8k, and yesterday I had 10k calories, essentially experimenting to see where my body weight tracks.
I have been "coached" by Grok. I have experience of doing the dieting and training from competing in the past, however Grok really shone through with his "product" advice to the point I'm going to continue with him for the rebound and trust him to do right by me.
Speaking of the rebound which I'm hoping to start relatively soon, he has prescribed a carb cycling approach which I haven't used in the past, so I'm excited for that. I don't want to get fat (again) so the macros won't be too aggressive, looking at 2 low days, 4 medium days and 1 high day at the following:
L - 200P, 125C and 50F
M - 205P, 310C and 55F
H - 215P, 530C and 65F
Each week the carbs will increase by 25-40g across the days. All things considered, if I do get fat again, I know how to get it off! ;)
The drugs for the rebound will remain the same but I will be bumping GH to 5iu daily and have T4 on the way which he advised to use at 50mcg daily. I will get bloods pulled in 3-4 weeks to assess levels. This phase will be run for around 5 weeks before going back down to a cruise for a few weeks and get bloods pulled before starting the main blast.
Going forward, my plans are to blast for around 20 weeks with 750mg Test E, 300mg DHB, 50mg Proviron and 4iu GH. Then hopefully have time for a cruise before starting contest prep. The aim is to be on stage April/May in Mens Physique. I'm a long way off becoming a top competitor but my goal is getting an IFBB Pro Card in the next 5-7 years which I do believe is achievable. Coach Grok thinks so too.
In my blast I know I need to work specifically on my chicken legs, posterior overall really, hamstrings/rhomboids/lats and triceps.
If anyone has any advice for me it would be greatly appreciated. I have learnt so much in the last 6 months on eroids that has helped me along the way so I'm thankful to all of you!
The journey of stripping fat may be over, but I'm only just getting started.

Smashed it mate great work!
35 weeks and going down to 1700 calories would kill me man I thought it was hard dieting on 2800 at my lowest this year haha.
Time to reverse out slowly from here don't rush and up calories to fast and you'll make some great progress. Hold the condition, stay insulin sensitive and you'll put on some solid tissue from here. I like to aim for 0.25-0.5lbs per week ++ keep me posted on the journey I'll be keeping an eye out for regular updates
thanks bro, I'm planning on being a little bit more aggressive than half a pound per week. I think just refilling glycogen and holding water will put on a good amount of weight. average weekly calories will be bumped up to my maintenance on week 1 then increased from there. I will keep updates going though when milestones are reached. Probably at the end of the 5 week rebound phase.
Thats serious focus right there!!! Just fkn wow!!!
Oh....go Chelsea....lol
thanks man!
less of the Chelsea talk, you stole the man I wanted to be our manager!
Always a new season coming or it wouldn't be fun.
Fuck man. 35 weeks! I'll bet there's people that literally don't recognize you. That's an insane transformation in an insanely short amount of time.
Huge props
haha you're correct, a few managers at work who hadn't seen me in a while couldn't recognise me and were shocked.
thanks a lot!
Locked the fuck in! Great stuff bro
yeah dude, when you want something you gotta work for it! cliche I know and quite frankly it has been a breeze. I love retatrutide.
Phenomenal work dude. Inspiring
appreciate it bossman!
Super solid transformation brotha man
thanks bro, I love your name. n/h
So happy for you! When I lost my weight I had to give myself a tummy tuck. Your skin went back perfectly. This is one of the better transformations i saw on Eroids so far.
You have a lot to be proud of!
thanks a lot Gainz. I think I got lucky in that I didn't lose the weight too quickly, and my age. Genetics play a part of course and around a month ago I started running GHKcu at 2mg daily. I probably should have started it day 1 to guarantee good skin elasticity.
I wish I could thumbs up everyone but I've run out, when I get my allocation back I'll do so.
When I joined Eroids you were the first person that said something nice to me. So I always remember you lol. I’m happy you’re reaching your goals! I’m enjoying watching your journey.
Locked the fuck in! Well done!
thanks man, we can all achieve our goals!
now that's a transformation
thanks Sheva, appreciate it.
are you Ukrainian?
Both Russian and Ukrainian
current events must be tricky for you. I asked because of your name, you're Andriy Shevchenko to me! what a player.
Oh hell yeah he was an amazing player
Damn nice work man, good write up too
thanks bro, I try to give as much information as possible and then can easily answer any questions.
Nice work man. You will inspire many.
Thanks dude, I only hope to inspire my two younger brothers.
Holy fucking shit bro!!! IN less than a year! Amazing transformation!!
thanks a lot bro and yeah the timeframe gives me the confidence to go on and achieve my goals because I know consistency and discipline are key.
Fucking HeNCh brother!
thanks man, I've run out of thumbs up to give everyone for their kind words.
One of the best transformations I’ve seen on here. Out fucking standing work my man.
thanks very much!
Bro, amazing. Im interested about your calorie intake. Currently at 1700? How much when you were focused mainly on building muscle?
hey man, I haven't been in any building phase since those starting pics and before then I was on the seefood diet. eating flapjacks and burger king meals whilst getting back into the gym.
I started the cut on around 2700 calories, then went down to around 2300, then 1900 and finally on around 1700 it's coming to an end.
Amazing work!
thanks bro!
Love to see it! 35 mother fucking weeks you dog! Incredible thing to see man. Rebound is gonna be so sick haha
thanks man, I hope it can be as sick as yours. after seeing your Superdrol post I actually asked Grok if I could use it and he said nope hahah, best saved for me in the last stages of prep for my first use. I have some in my cupboard too for when the time comes, injectable from IL.
I can’t wait for the update pics!
Fucking eh! Let’s go!!!
thanks bro!
Outstanding work! This is very motivating. How is that Clen for you? I ask because it gave me some kind of ugly anxiety the first and second time I tried it so I am a little leery of it now. I am just wondering if you adapt and it gets easier. I tolerate yohimbine and caffeine just fine, but if I recall correctly that took me a bit of adaptation too. Anyway, great job!
I'm really enjoying the clenbuterol, only noticeable thing for me other than the fat burning is how hot my body actually is to the touch. I am like a furnace. I haven't used yohimbine before and I'm not a coffee drinker, if I do have a can of Monster then it's usually before 3pm or I struggle to sleep when I go to bed around midnight. I use the clen first thing upon waking with cardarine and hit out my cardio then.
Wow, amazing work and effort. Great physique brother
thanks a lot dude, I appreciate it!
Congratulations on the transformation. You went from a bowl of jello to a real skinny winner. That is very commendable.
You did some great work. Really great.
You are in a great place now to assess & improve. Now that the fat is stripped away, you can mindfully up the calories & the protocol while focusing on packing on some size & density.
Cant wait to check in on you in a few months. Im sure you will continue to keep killing it in the progress department. Well done.
thanks man! I actually made my own jello by combining water, beef gelatine and beef protein powder, turns out real good and is just pure protein - certainly a tool to use when calories are low.
Great idea. Its very important to get the good stuff like gelatine & collagen most esp when in a major caloric deficit.
Im a big broth guy. I generally buy primal cuts in bulk. Leaves me so many options. Then Im able to make large batches of bone broth that I can then portion & freeze. Drink it like coffee.
Great transformation, Ive seen quite a few and this has to be one of the best. Great protocol, and keeping it simple. Stayed to the game plan and didnt slam a bunch of unneeded shit. My hats off to you, keep on kilin it.
