What about when you PM them, see them log on, and then log off…. And not respond? What does that mean?

I don’t like the wait 3 days to get a response.
Some of the sources doing that surprise me lately.
Good reason for me to switch sources.

Especially when you’ve already sent your money.

I think its reasonable to get a respond within 12-24 hours, anything beyond a full day is crazy in my opinion, unless it is a holiday cause then i understand. In my experience here on eroids though, I always get a DM back from sources within hours, and they are always super fast and quick to help if i have questions.

If I dont hear back from a source regarding a legitimate issue within 48 hours, I will be ready to go all Tony Montana.

International sources (which I know longer use) take for fucking ever. However every domestic source I currently use get back to me within a few hours of 24 hours at most. We gotta remember these guys have family and a life outside of this. Plus shit happens, people get sick, family emergencies.

24hrs should be reasonable and even a super busy backed upped source should still be able to screen his messages within 24hrs. If they are too busy for 24hrs means 2 things. They are in over their head or understaffed and both of those can be fixed and under their control and should be gotten under control.

And im not just saying that because us juice heads are impatient, this is reasonable business ABC's. And this is for real legit messages not the stupid questions they can read on the site.

It’s been all over the board for me. Sometimes it’s been a few hours, sometimes a few days, but I don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than about five calendar days.

That said, not every PM I’ve sent has needed an immediate response. If I have an active order, a delivery issue, or receive a bad/broken product, I’ve always gotten a response in less than 24 hours. For routine questions or future orders, I’m perfectly fine waiting a few days.

id say 48ish hrs. If its the weekend, 72. It depends on the source.

Ireally dont care about communication as long as the delivery time is fast. If i pay for it and its at my door in under a week, I could really care less.

However, I will say, a friendly customer service person will count for a lot in terms of me wanting to do business with them, but product quality/price and delivery time matter much more than communication for me.

Up to 48 hours if they’re a large international source. 24 hours if they’re a large domestic source.

Some sources are in very different time zones.

Some sources are smaller and it takes a little longer.

Those same smaller sources can have real life issues slow them down as well (illness, family issues, etc).

What ennoys me is when buying the product they respond within 24hrs. Once you paid it can take a week for them to reply.

If a source takes to long to get back to me then I guarantee I am buying from a different source. I am not putting up with BS anymore there is too many good sources out there and not all are on this platform.

I was going to send a message to a source yesterday because it had been 3 or 4 days since my order and still no informed delivery. The source posted on telegram bitching about people overwhelming them with messages about orders. I’ll wait until it has been a week. But I think it is reasonable for people to reach out when the source doesn’t have updates with tracking or even confirmation of payment received.
