I picked up a black box of Titan a while back. I have been on 3iu before bed and another 3iu before fasted cardio first thing in the morning. Unfortunately I am on the last bit of it.
I put that T3 part in there just because the image needed to be larger. Since you asked though, that issue for me specifically is that I am fasting a lot, and eating under maintenance and have been for a prolonged period. This is something that Dr Todd Lee said in his bloodwork for dummies video (80% sure of that). My doctor actually looked it up and sent me a print out from OpenEvidence, a medically focused AI, which said basically the same thing. I don't take any meds for it, and my doc said that I don't need to because essentially I am causing it by eating a low calorie diet. He expects (as do I) that I will return to normal once my cut is done.
Do you take any thyroid meds? I've been really curious about thyroid stuff lately and your reverse T3 is pretty high.
If you have T4/T3 issues, you might want to watch that "Bloodwork for dummies" video by Todd Lee. He goes over those quite a bit in that video.
