Adding EQ - what to look for??

ad

Hi,

I’ve been on testosterone at 200 mg/week for over a year. During that time, I increased my testosterone dose to 300 mg/week and later to 400 mg/week. At 400 mg/week, I ran a 16-week cycle with NPP at 150 mg/week and gained about 20 lbs.

Currently, I weigh 200 lbs and I’m 43 years old.

I’m considering adding EQ (Boldenone Undecylenate) to my testosterone protocol and was hoping to get some advice:

1- What side effects should I be looking out for?
2- What dosage would you recommend, and for how long should the cycle run?

Bloods are fine and no blood pressure.

Thanks, fellas.

I have a few vials of EQ and I plan to add it at some point. To the "old heads" who ran EQ high back in the day- knowing what you know now- do you think EQ has to be run at 600+ if you are just a gym guy (not looking to be nick walker or andrew jacked) looking for e2 control and anabolism?

There is no steroid that has to be run a specific dose to be worth it. That is antiquated bro science bullshit. Pick a dose that meets your goals ideally minimizing all side effects. For some odd reason people equate side effects to a steroid working. So they just increase the dose until they get side effects and go “ok now it’s working”…. Silly thinking

One of the main things I'd watch with EQ is hematocrit and hemoglobin. EQ can significantly increase red blood cell production. This places strain on kidneys and the heart. I would get a CBC and kidney function tests now and then in 6 weeks or so.

I think a lot of this will come down to what dosage you choose to run it at. I'm from the Old School way of thinking which was always never run it less than 600mg per week for worth while gains, 800mg per week if you really want to see the Huge appetite increase. I ran it at 600mg/wk as one of my first additions to Testosterone back in the early days - Appetite increase was noticeable and I got a 'Slight' strength increase from it. However I also got the bad headaches and crippling Anxiety from it which both went upon stopping it. I read that Deca was way better for the type of gains I was after being strength and size and I must admit it was.

@press1 I ran the same way mid 90’s, around 600mg and I could eat all the dam time. Running it that high I did have some anxiety issues but I had some impressive gains. I too like you ended up switching to Deca and seemed to have better results and no anxiety.

Get ready to have hunger pains to the moon when I ran EQ I was eating 5600 cals all prepped and timed it was so hard for me to wait until my next meal I’d be finished eating thinking about my next meal.

And as Infidel said it will drop your e2 which is great if you’re like me and aromatize heavy 1:1 ratio did me solid kept my e2 in range and put on size because the sheer volume of food I would eat. But word of advice have your meal planned out don’t go off it because you can legit just keep eating. That’s my experience atleast

Side effects of EQ:
1) Lowers e2, acts like an AI. I consider that good side effect
2) Makes you hungry af (good or bad depending on goals)
3) increases blood pressure
4) lots of users say it gives them anxiety, Howver I can’t attest to that
