When you are cruising to recover your bloodwork, what are the supplements you can’t do without?
I like my citrus bergamot, fish oil, coq10, mag, and d3/k2/calcium.

I eat 220g salmon every single day which covers the omegas but sometimes will add more in

Blast or cruise this is my daily supplement stack
I pretty much take Pomegranate extract, vitamin d3 + k2, magnesium, tudca, nac 1300, milk thistle, p5p.
After reading some of the other comments I probably do need some Omega 3.
I use Citrus Bergamot, Cod Liver Oil, Omega 3-6-9 Oil, Ubiqinol, Red Yeast Rice, Beet Root Powder, Taurine, NAC, D3+K2, TUDCA, and a multivitamin 365 days a year.
Im very simliar. I run a few extras when on. Liv2x, gluthlone a few times a week.
unseen423Depends on what, if any, health markers need attention.
Usually for me it’s bumping up the HDL a bit, so what you mentioned above would be it- particularly the high dose omega 3 fish oils.
I’ve also played around with some of the “all-in-one” organ cycle protectors and found them to work just as well.
I haven’t tried an all-in-one yet. Hoping to see some suggestions. Wouldn’t mind being able to cut it down to a few capsules.
unseen423I like the ones from huge supplements and also pro muscle labs. It’s like 12 pills a day but taking a couple with each meal is super manageable and I’m not having to do as much work like when I’m on cycle building my tacklebox of pills each week!
