lets say you were starting your first cycle, what is the best way to do it, so you don't come out of it on the other side with any regrets or bitterness towards gear or any repentance for it . I see a lot of people really bitter about their decision. And I don't blame them if they had a bad time. But whats the best way to do it so you don't botch it ? for me its the following . You just never come off completely. you just start cruising after a cycle. But, what is your thoughts ?

IMO, the best way to do it this is hire a coach. One who has experience and is well educated. He should be ask you to get blood work done. Handle all your supplement and nutrional needs besides PEDs and give you your workouts. Hiring a coach was the best investment in myself personally because it took the guess work out of everything and to do this safely with the best results possible and I couldn't be more pleased with my progress.

The Best way I think to approach your first cycle and at the same time get the least long lasting side effects or acute problems, is to run a Testosterone E cycle of 400mg to 500mg per week. DO NOT add anything else to this. This will do the least amount of damage to you if any at all and is the easiest to recover from PCT wise if you decide you don't like being on Anabolic Steroids. If you add an Oral then you will affect your Liver and Kidney values on your bloodwork and a number of other Blood factors, it won't be long enough to affect your Heart unless you already have an undiagnosed heart condition. Being you are 39 and your natural Testosterone levels are already on the decline and not optimal - if training means that much to you which it clearly must do if you have been lifting for 4 years previously, then staying on a TRT dose or slightly higher will mean that your time spent in the gym will be much more productive and rewarding - let alone the mental health benefits of a slightly higher testosterone blood level.

I already have no regrets. I've had some sides and I deal with them smartly and move on, but for sure no regrets. Seeing progress in the mirror helps
Wait till you actually need them. Learn how to grow/gain naturally without relying on gear.
Only reason to feel bitter/resentful is if you dont do enough research before hopping on. I like practicing extreme accountability. Life is better when youre accountable.

Don’t do them. This question is way too vague to answer, like “here is how to take gear so you don’t regret it”. You have any actual questions? Like idk compounds, dosages, what to have in case etc. or even more info as to why exactly these people regretted taking a cycle and how to prevent whatever it is they’re regretting it for?

Roids are super underwhelming TBH. They are not a quick game if you’re planning to do it “smart”. Your first test cycle will make good gains but only if everything else is locked in.
If not you’ll be underwhelmed by the results and that’s usually when people start doing dumb shit. Add random ass stuff to the cycle, lengthen the cycle, don’t follow their original plan.
This is EXACTLY why the only people who should be running steroids are the people who have been going to the gym consistently for at least 2 years and have some semi decent lifts to prove it. All this Bullshit I see of people needing to be a certain weight before they run roids makes no sense at all - Many people can be 200lb's with no gym training so its irrelevant. Strength levels play a huge part in determining someone's previous gym experience. The amount of Dickheads I've seen jumping on roids that can't even bench 225 or deadlift 405 is beyond a joke

@Onepieceisreal Well said. They aren’t locked in with anything and then they resort to “it must be the dosage” and up it or add things. If you never made progress before gear you won’t see serious changes with it, not the type of results they expect. If gear made an impressive physique 80% of people in gyms would have crazy physiques. I know people on way more gear than me that don’t even look like they fucking workout, they usually just look bloated and red with maybe an above average strength level.
I feel like the expectation is that gear will fix shitty habits and turn you into a monster, but if you look at the people who are the most successful they are the ones obsessed about diet, doing cardio, and actually training hard. They don't just add compounds or up dosages if everything else isnt locked in.
In my opinion if you're going to increase your health risk to use gear, you might as well make it worth your time and not do some wishy washy bullshit of not having everything locked in.
For me, I believe I would listen to the old heads in here and start with only a low dose of test 300mg a week and run that cycle. Do labs pre, during and post cycle. Get a solid understanding of anabolics and how they affect your health. Next cycle would be the exact same, with a higher dose 500-600 max. Rinse and repeat, 3rd cycle I would consider introducing another compound. If I could go back and start over, I would go this route and apply the advise given to me at a younger age, which I did not listen to. And never coming off cruise, for especially younger guys, who’s test levels are not trash while not on gear, I would still recommend coming off cycle, give your body time to reset
I’d start on test and gh. Highest test dose possible without sides. Then work gh up until I see igf1 cap out on blood panels. That’s my permanent cruise and I have had great bloods for years. That’s a starting cycle and you don’t really need anything else. Now once you add an anabolic in I’d add masteron at a high dose like 60-100mg/day. give test a small bump like 5-10mg/day and after 6 weeks I’d get bloods and see if the higher test made more e2 and igf1 and if so run that cycle out. No harsh compounds needed and you’ll grow on this easy
