+ 12 Love how ever you can man

ad

Idk why but I reeled compelled to write this. Lost a coworker today young dude just met the girl of his dreams, thinking about starting a family and all that gone in a blink of an eye.

Health is not a joke man being fat and fucking lazy will kill you. I wish I hounded this dude more but sometimes it doesn’t matter what you say people are going to live the way they want to live. But I hate seeing people lose there lives because they didn’t take care of them selves get regular blood work not active. Listen we don’t all need to be bodybuilders but fuck man to many fat fucking lazy people dying or getting sick because the fucking poison in the goods we have easily available.

Idk man I’m fucking ranting because I’m hurt he was a good dude taken way too soon. I know I couldn’t have done any more but inevitably I feel guilty even tho it’s not my cross to bear but fuck.
So tonight just hug your love ones a little bit longer because life is too short. And also if you care about someone and they are out of shape eat garbage call them out it could save their life

Sorry for your loss, most Americans have no idea the health risks associated with obesity, it’s a straight up killer and one that’s very often overlooked. It’s seems easier to talk with and try to help someone with a drug habit, but someone with a health (obesity) issue is overlooked.

Yeah man it’s socially acceptable to binge eat McDonald’s and binge watch Netflix unfortunately it’s the status quo

Sorry to hear that man. As a co-worker, and even more a boss/Forman, you really can’t say anything. Puts you in a bed place and legally could get you in trouble, Howver, I know relationships form on the work site.

Hopefully today will be a better day

I hate to say it - but running a number of steroid cycles especially without BP medications basically puts you in the same health bracket as an overweight person in terms of the stress they put on your heart and cardiovascular system. Hence why you see so many Bodybuilders dying before 50 years old of heart attacks and strokes. We can't class ourselves as Saints.

You’re not wrong, I don’t claim to be the all knowing or better than I just want everyone to lead a healthy fulfilling life. As I’ve healed myself and got back into shape I’ve been a little bit of hope and motivation for some other guys so I gotta focus my energy there with those who want to learn and change and grow

Hate to hear that man. You’re exactly right on holding ones you care about accountable, a hard conversation is much easier than a funeral. I hope the guilt fades quickly, I would say don’t feel guilty but it’s inevitable in these situations. Keep your head up brother!

Thanks man I was literally busting his balls Thursday for eating a protein bar as he sat on his ass drinking a coke. Life is too damn short man. Heart attack at 37 just scary man

Damn that is young as fuck. That situations a bad deal man, hate to hear everyone around him is having to deal with it. If I had to imagine how that conversation went he probably told you to go fuck yourself, and you both laughed your ass off.

Yup, I travel for work so I’m around my crew on the job , then usually stay in the same hotels together.

And I agree with you. Whether it’s at work, at home, in friendship circles, etc. Accountability seems to have taken a real shit. Dude I grew up with drank himself into a coma and died at 37 last week. I know you can’t make someone change (been there, done that with my own demons), but no one was even saying anything about it. Just coddling and enabling him. As someone that got clean thru very tough love by being cut off from any enabling or resources I really struggle with hearing about this kinda stuff. Sorry for your loss dude

Thanks homie and yeah man “the easier softer way” is a fucking fairy tale it’s tell it how the fuck it is or watch them kill themselves

Work family is a real thing man. If you’re lucky enough to work with a good group of guys it sure makes a long shift go by easier. Have a good one brother, and keep your head up!
