Help! No estrogen no prolactin but nipple sensitivity

ad

Hello everyone, need advice on what's happening. Not my first cycle but I started 300 test 300 dhb and quickly had flaired nips so I dropped test to 180 and started asin at 12.5mg eod.

Zero change on the nipples after the aromasin, so I went to do bloods: prolactin 8.6 ng/ml estrogen at 3 pg/ml (crashed it asin)

Started nolva at 40mg for now until it goes down.

Anyone have an idea what's happening?

Nolva 10mg a day is fine for me on keeping the soreness away. Are they truly actually puffy and flared or really just sore because im so sensitive it will feel sore if something hits my chest but not necessarily puffy gyno. Thats when 10mg comes in. I can get sore off 200mg a week. Sore doesnt mean all out gyno and takes sane treatment.

both puffy and sore. little better with the nolva now but not perfect. never happened even at 400+ test cycles

you recommend running nolva at 10mg throughout the cycle?

10 should be good. 20 if it dont work. I dont want to use the word obsessing but you may be putting too much thought into the soreness and its just part of your life and sensitivity now. Its not going to turn into man boobs. 10-20mg ive run an entire cycle at those low amounts. Still didnt take soreness 100% away but made it bearable and put my mind at ease .

That’s basically what I’m stuck doing, and I had a similar situation where my dr rx’d trt had me so sore and my doctor wouldn’t write anything at first, so I got some grey adex, which did crash my estrogen but didn’t do anything for the nips. He wrote me a script for adex and it was the same as the ugl- no help. Picked up tamox and it goes away, or at least is managed, and yes, I use it while on cycle. That said I’m hopeful to try some ralox soon because people say it can take lumps away and it feels less shitty (running tamox for weeks takes its toll for me).

And I also used to run gram+ weekly of gear with minimal to no issues. I guess this is what getting old means/looks like.

And for me it’s not just soreness. It’s an eyesore, when not managed/flaring up, too.

Ever tried letro or caber? I use caber to keep prolactin away now but I used letro and actually reversed the puffiness. It’s been some yrs ago… like 15, but it worked for me. Not sure about others experiences. I also took letro within a month or 2 of it starting. I used Nolva to keep from getting worse until I got the letro. Do your own research first because I can’t remember what letro is for but that was my experience. Good luck to ya

I appreciate this, and yes am on my last few doses of caber now. Helps some, but not like tamox. My issue best I can tell is that I ran PHs without ancillaries on hand when I was much younger, so there’s extant tissue. If I had $$ I’d see a surgeon by now. With tamox and modest gear doses and avoiding stuff that makes it way worse it’s not very noticeable. I’ll look into some letro!

Be careful with letro, its very powerful and you can dump your estro real fast. Have some dbol on hand, its a quick fix for crashed estro

He is correct it’s very strong. That’s why I suggested research too. I forgot the information it’s been so long. Definitely start slow and in low doses
