PCT for Anavar?

ad

I haven't found any information on what women can take following a cycle of anavar... I'm just wondering if any ladies or gent here know of any suppliments/vitamins that might be good to take following... I've been running between 7 and 10mg of anavar daily , split into 2 doses. Its not precise because I'm dividing 50mg tablets into 6 doses, taking one a day.
Ive been on it for 6 weeks. My downstairs got a little swollen/enlarged. I know it will probably go down on its own. This is my second cycle. I'm happy with the results, I'm just wondering if there are ANY vitamins or anything I could be taking to.... I feel ok. Workouts went down the past couple days. Its definitely noticable not being "on."
I take multi vitamins and fish oil, magnesium, probiotics. Anything that could help, I'm all ears! I think next cycle I'm gonna try primobolan. I'm not scared of needles, its just... I never thought of myself as a needle user lol, its kind of hard to accept/say out loud lol. Ive learned so much from this site though, I appreciate everyone's feedback!

BTW Ive been taking 2 iu of pharma hgh for a month. Before Bed. Haven't noticed much. I was getting numb hands the first few days. Sleep is good. I have enough for 6 months. I don't think I'll be able to afford running it daily unless I look into generic which makes me nervous. Do these tests that Jano does... will those pick up any... metals or... i dont even know what to ask... I'm just worried about purity.

Your stack is solid already. Add NAC or TUDCA for liver support (Anavar is still 17aa), zinc helps with hormonal balance post cycle, and some women like Maca for energy coming off - mixed results but worth trying. Clitoral enlargement at those doses is common and usually reduces after stopping, though not always 100% so just worth knowing for future cycles.
On Primo - great choice for women, very mild androgenic profile. The needle anxiety disappears after the first one trust me.
GH at 2iu before bed is a smart protocol, the numb hands early on is normal and fades. Jano tests for compound identity and concentration but not heavy metals specifically, though pharma grade you are already in a much better position than generic.

What I found for my wife when she ran an anavar cycle was DHEA 50MG daily to restore estrogen levels, and omega 3 to help with the lipids and nac/tudca for the liver health. Info on female PCT is very limited and it was hard to find durations, My wife ran her pct for 6 weeks and she seems to have recovered fine without any hormone issues.

I know absolutely nothing about female ped use, so take this with a grain of salt. I asked the question in a group I am part of that has a dedicated female section and here is the response- hope this helps!

"Typically, Oxandrolone is not as suppressive to the HPG axis as other steroids. Did she lose her period on cycle? Unlike males, the female HPG axis will come back online usually without too much prodding. I assume she just did anavar straight with no HRT in place on top?

No direct supplementation in my experience is necessary provided she already has a good micronutrient support stack already in place. Occasionally we can see DHEA and Pregnenolone go astray on DHT heavy cycles, you would need post cycle labs to confirm and see how everything is doing. Lipids / Liver / Kidney function may be ever so slightly inflamed elevated, but I wouldn't be chasing it with anything special unless we see how it all looks.

SHBG is probably tanked, so you would want to make sure that is recovering, in the meantime if she is experiencing any hair loss / acne - continue to deploy whatever ancillaries you were using on cycle as free testosterone could be very high and will be adding some insult to injury for a few weeks or more until SHBG recovers."

I'm pretty sure there's not really a female pct protocol drugwise. I think its more focusing on supplements that detoxify and are good for hormonal balance.
This also might be an old way of thinking.....
