+ 1 High Creatin fosfochinasi . How to reduce?

ad

Has anyone encountered this problem? Does anyone know a good way to reduce this figure?

Is that creatine kinase? I had that a few month back and had to stop my cycle.
Ok so below I see that’s what it is. I got it either because I was shocked by 480 volts a day earlier or because I worked out way too hard. It went away in its own when I took two weeks off of working out. My legs were killing me and it hurt to pick up a glass of water.
I couldn’t gain muscle on cycle for the life of me because that eats away at your muscle and breaks it down. Just take time off. Mine was back to normal in two weeks.

Lots of variables can give you high ck levels. Carrying alot of muscle can contribute to a higher than normal level than the average person. Also, getting a blood test after training (as stated will give you a higher reading) keep an eye on this, it could also be muscle damage. Im not a Doctor but I've been down this road. My level at one time was almost 10000. Your kidneys take a hit! Hydrate hydrate! Stay off of ibuprofen

How did you solve this problem, bro? Did you also feel weak and often wanted to sleep?

If your ck levels are elevated. Hydrate for a few days and rest. Back off of training. Retest your ck levels after.

This actually stands for Creatine Kinase which differs to the usual Creatinine which is used to predict eGFR, this number can often be heavily elevated like it is here in blood tests particularly if you have trained within 48 hours prior to getting the test done. I have had a reading in the past extremely similar to this which frightened the life out of Doctors lol I had trained deadlifts about 6 hours before doing the test and it caused a very high reading mainly because the Test goes off the inflammation enzyme released by the Heart and Muscles following intense exercise, and the resulting muscle inflammation it causes. It is often an indicator also of Rhabdo in some people although often when you have that you piss blood too. Its often used as a Test also to check if you have an experienced a Heart attack recently as the heart releases creatine kinase when that happens due to inflammation it experiences caused by the attack.

So the question is mate - Did you train close to doing this test? If you did then the number will simply go back down to normal within the following days after. It could also be a sign that something is wrong too though pal - So I would advise retesting in 3 to 4 days but hold off from training if you decide to do that Good

Remember I just had this press? Just a few months back

Yeah buddy!!

I think with you getting an electric shock then it may of inflamed your Heart muscle too as it effectively seizes it doesn't it when you are electrocuted?? Shok

Yeah my doctor said the same thing. I had a long chat with him about androgen receptors also. I’m going to write up something in it. Studies say testosterone will upregulate them but it’s different when you’re on a high dose for years. These atudies are done on people doing testosterone for the first time. I’d really love to dive into this more. I just took 6 weeks off of everything cold turkey and now I’m getting great results from 600 mgs of testosterone itself. After getting electrocuted I wanted to get off of testosterone, nicotine pouches and Mountain Dew. I was scared for my heart. I could feel a pressure in my heart after getting sacked with 480. The 480 and my job is 225 Amps. I’m so lucky to be alive.

Yes, I've been training. And I've had this figure for several months now. The doctors say it's muscle. But I don't even feel like I'm overtraining. I need to cut down on this crap because they won't perform surgery on me. And you've noticed well that I can't not train.

Its not a sign that you are overtraining buddy - but your muscle and heart will give these high creatine kinase figures if you are lifting close to a blood test. If the surgery is important to you mate then you NEED to give yourself 3 days FULL rest before the blood test, that is the only way you are going to get the required levels for them to approve and feel comfortable in doing the surgery pal. Its only 3 days, plan to do some other things on those days to take your mind off lifting - Go to the cinema, go to the local Brothel, hire a hooker!!! It can be done mate!! Lol

lol We agreed with the doctor that I wouldn't go to the gym for 10 days and then I'd retake the test.
