NGL, international shipping isn’t for the faint of heart right now. Several re-shipments, but everything finally has landed. Orders were from late December/ early January. Landed in March / April. Make sure to PM Naps rep here, and support tickets. Naps rep will get you taken care of. Communication is key, and Naps returned every message I ever sent his way. I truly believe he got this across the finish line for me. Appreciate all the assistance and communication. Hang in there on your orders, and domestic is probably the way to go at this moment. Had to place a couple small domestic orders to get me through the international delays, and they both landed within a week. Thanks Naps for seeing it through to the end. Respect.

I used napsgear.org for years, solid source. Now it is a scam. My last order got reshipped twice and was in los angeles twice but never moved. 3 months later now in New York with 3rd tracking number. I complained and they said the product is no longer in stock and asked if I wanted store credit. I said yea, then they said that has to be submitted to upper management for approval. 3 months later no package, no refund, Personally Trump has cracked down across the board on all drugs and i think naps got hit. I WILL NEVER ORDER from them again. Now they re taking peoples money so they don't have to go get a real job
brother i just ordered a while back and had mad issues but in the end it got resolved and my package got to me. wait it out. talk to the naps dudes here, they'll sort you out.

Then it showed NY then NJ and said unpaid postage i reached out they said was going to reship after couple weeks said they could give me store credit with upper management approval then said no they was going to reship my tracking number will be showing movement by the 5th of April to I will be checking with shipping dept. to i haven't heard anything else. And at first I was just aggravated so I said yeah to store credit that they ended up rejecting anyways after offering it. Which I dont want no store credit they dont have anything in stock I would want or any brand I want.
BigGrubbIm still hoping they will make everything right. And maybe show there love for this total inconvenience had to change up my cycle with a diff. Source that has now came through for me on 3 different orders that was all placed after naps order.and the last one I placed at the first of april. Naps have been stellar in the past but it's feeling like things have certainly changed with them.

Shipping is getting ridiculous. Ordered and wire transfer done 4/7. It’s now 4/18 and still hasn’t shipped. The whole point of ordering domestic is quick shipping! I was told 3 days ago to wait 32 hours per email support. That’s come and gone. So even if it actually ships Monday the 20th, that’s just about 2 weeks to ship something out. I expect a lot more for $50 shipping charge. Sorry but all these people saying “naps will take care of it” don’t know what they’re talking about. It’s a generic email at best and they offer little to no help just say sorry please wait longer.
50+ orders, thiusands spent with naps but they’re definitely not what they used to be.

Ok let’s be real the shipping is crazy right now. Then again remember what we are all doing here. We are lucky that we can still get what we get. At this point I don’t care how long it takes, as long as it delivers. Remember the world is at war, the US has clamped down on all imports so yeah be patient the naps dude WILL sort you out. I’ve dealt with them for over 20 years brother and I have never not gotten my shit. It has taken months some times they have had to reship but they have never failed me, then again I can only speak for myself and I never buy domestic because there is nothing domestic about what we get.
Yeah man o get it. It’s just frustrating. I paid $50 shipping for domestic. Plus 10% fee for wire transfer. Then $25 fee from my bank for the transfer. It ships out of NY. So to me there’s not really an excuse when it’s already here in the US. It shouldn’t take 14 days to send a package out. That’s where I’m frustrated. But it finally shipped out today and arrives Monday.
Ok so the la els get created in NY and NJ also in Chicago but as far as I can tell the person that makes the label is just a dropshipper they still have to wait for the product and then send it to you because lanes get created for international just 2 days after you pay and the tracking just sits still for sometimes three weeks then it pops up in the usps tracking system and it starts moving within the US for the last leg of the package’s trip. I assume that’s because they are waiting for the package and then sending it. And think about it how shit is nowadays who got the balls to keep a full naps inventory at a warehouse/ fridge on the back of the house to ship out to dudes to make tiny profits per order?
Honestly no clue I just thought since it’s domestic the product is already here but I have no clue. I don’t mind paying more for the quick turnaround but two weeks is a lot stateside. Just seems for in stock products it should be quicker but again no clue how they operate. It’s usually 10 days total from payment to arrival that’s why I do domestic.

BigGrubbI was off naps for a couple years and when I decided to get back on. I somehow ended up on there page and got taken for 300 didn't take but a day after making a purchase to realize it was one of the scam sites I was pissed.
I almost pulled the trigger myself. So, I can only imagine how it felt knowing you weren't gonna get your order delivered. I just had that feeling that something was off about it. I did some research and ended up finding out they're bogus af. Sorry they got you bro
BigGrubbThanks everything was looking good but they only had domestic and I figured it had something to do with the tarrif stuff and maybe they had shut the international down for the time being. And when I went to check out it didn't have the 14. Min changing of the wallet if you hadn't paid. But it had been just over 2 years since the last time I had been on there or ordered anything figured that must be how they doing it now. After placing order I sent payment and a day later I hadn't heard nothing and I just had that feeling so i sent them a message to no avail and so I did more research and found the real one. But it was to late.
Place an order with Napsgear, it was paid/processing and my order disappeared without a trace. No refund or communication.
