BigGrubbI was off naps for a couple years and when I decided to get back on. I somehow ended up on there page and got taken for 300 didn't take but a day after making a purchase to realize it was one of the scam sites I was pissed.
I almost pulled the trigger myself. So, I can only imagine how it felt knowing you weren't gonna get your order delivered. I just had that feeling that something was off about it. I did some research and ended up finding out they're bogus af. Sorry they got you bro
BigGrubbThanks everything was looking good but they only had domestic and I figured it had something to do with the tarrif stuff and maybe they had shut the international down for the time being. And when I went to check out it didn't have the 14. Min changing of the wallet if you hadn't paid. But it had been just over 2 years since the last time I had been on there or ordered anything figured that must be how they doing it now. After placing order I sent payment and a day later I hadn't heard nothing and I just had that feeling so i sent them a message to no avail and so I did more research and found the real one. But it was to late.
Place an order with Napsgear, it was paid/processing and my order disappeared without a trace. No refund or communication.

I placed a US Domestic order with 2 separate package IDs on April 1st. I received the first package in 5 days, the 2nd package has had an inactive tracking number since April 3rd. I submitted a ticket 2-3 days ago and have not received any updates on the second package. I’ve always had great experiences with Naps, this is the first bad one. Can the Naps rep on here help me?

Buyer BEWARE!!! I paid Napsgear.org via Zelle and it cleared my bank account only to get a message from Napsgear.org stating there was a problem retrieving my funds. Though the order has been canceled no refund has been issued. The total was $298. I am very concerned at this point as once you pay Zelle my only recourse is reporting the fraudulent merchant to my bank but that doesn't assure a refund. I have never had this happen before so unless I hear back from them within a couple of days, I will have to take further steps. Please be careful ordering from this site or you may be in the same situation I am in. Zelle doesn't have the same protections as normal payment methods so your only recourse is reporting the merchant for the bank to look into it. If moderator wants to help this is my order This is my order # #5681331 I will update my review if I have been refunded fully via Zelle. I don't want store credit at this point.
Just FYI... I tried to take my comment down because I'm not in the habit of leaving anything negative. But I couldn't figure out how to delete it. Anyhow... though my refund hasn't come through yet, the moderator here is trying to help me so I am now confident that it will come through in within a week or so. I initially thought it was a scam but I don't think that anymore. Anyhow I update if for any reason I am not properly refunded but for now it looks like things are going to be just fine. I would take down my original post if I knew how to as long as things are cared for properly there is no need to leave a bad review for others to see.
